基于DSP的三相10KW应急电源的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着电力电子技术的不断发展,备用电源的发展异常迅速,特别是高性能应急电源的发展是当前的一个研究热点。应急电源给人们工作和生活带来很多方便,因此,研究高性能应急电源有着十分重要的意义,同时也有广阔的市场前景。论文综述了应急电源的现状和发展趋势,分析了应急电源的结构和工作原理,通过研究了用户提出的应急电源的技术指标和需求,设计了应急电源的整体技术方案。根据用户提出的应急供电要求,设计计算了蓄电池的容量。为实现蓄电池的先进充电方式和减少装置体积,实现应急交流供电,论文采用开关电源技术和电压源型逆变技术,设计了应急电源的主电路拓扑。对基于半桥拓扑的的开关电源电路、高频变压器和三相逆变电路进行了设计、计算,并确定器件型号。论文根据应急电源的控制要求,提出了一种采用DSP的应急电源系统控制器方案,详细设计了DSP应用系统、输入输出通道和人机界面的详细电路。论文研究了应急电源的输出电压闭环控制原理,设计了基于模糊自整定-PI的应急电源逆变器输出电压的控制算法。通过数字仿真表明逆变器输出电压稳定,有效地改善了系统的动态响应。论文分析了应急电源的逆变工作状态和充电工作状态工作以及它们的状态转换关系,按照模块化软件设计方法详细设计了应急电源的市电判断、逆变控制子程序、充电控制子程序、SPWM的实现以及人机界面子程序的程序。

【Abstract】 With the constamment development of power electronics technology, Emergency Power Supply develops rapidly, especially the high efficient Emergency Power Supply has been becoming a hot spot of current research. The Emergency Power Supply provides much convenience for people job and life. So researching high efficient Emergency Power Supply has great important meaning as well as capacious market prospect.In this paper, the situation and development of Emergency Power Supply summarized. It’s structure and operational principle is analyzed. By studying the emergency power supply technical specification and demand in view of the users, a whole technique plan is designed. According to the request of Emergency Power Supply user advanced, calculation to accumulator capability is designed. In order to realize accumulator advaced charge way , reduce device volume and realize emergency AC power supply, by making use of switch power supply technology and voltage source inverter technology, the primary circuit topology of Emergency Power Supply is designed. The switch power supply circuit, high frequency transformer and 3-phase inverter circuit, based on half-bridge, are designed and calculated. And the parts type is ascertained.According to the control demand of Emergency Power Supply, a Emergency Power Supply system controller program using DSP is put forward in this paper. The circuit of DSP application system, input/output and HMI is designed in detail. The output voltage closed-loop control theory of Emergency Power Supply is researched. And the control algorithm of Emergency Power Supply output voltage based on self-tuning fuzzy-PI is designed. The Matlab simulation model is established. The simulation result show that the output voltage of inventer is stable and the dynamic response system is improved effectively.The mode switching of Emergency Power Supply, mainly including inverter mode switching and charge mode switching, is analyzed. Emergency Power Supply software composing is designed in terms of modularization. The program of each module of Emergency Power Supply is designed. And SPWM based on DSP is realized.
