HPF加固RC梁的受弯性能试验研究

【摘要】 高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网(HPF)加固法是一种新型的对混凝土结构及砌体结构加固补强新技术。该加固方法利用复合砂浆优良的物理力学性能以及界面剂优良的粘结作用,使得加固砂浆层与原构件具有较好的整体工作性能。为了使该加固技术尽早应用于工程实践中,湖南大学土木工程学院成立了专门的研究小组,对该加固方法进行了一系列的研究,并先后承担了多项科研课题。本文通过足尺构件考虑二次受力情况进行了试验理论研究,对已有的科研成果进行补充和完善,为中国工程建设标准化协会《高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网加固混凝土结构规程》编制和工程应用提供翔实可靠的试验及理论依据。本文首先通过4根足尺梁的加载试验,研究不同的一次受力幅度对加固梁极限承载力、钢筋应变、混凝土以及复合砂浆的应变等的影响。在试验及理论分析的基础上,考虑加固梁侧面钢筋网对加固梁极限承载力的影响,提出加固梁极限承载力的简化计算公式。通过对4根对比梁和10根加固梁的裂缝与挠度的数据进行分析整理,考察HPF加固梁二次受力裂缝开展与截面刚度变化情况。在规范公式的基础上提出加固梁裂缝间距、裂缝宽度、加固梁截面刚度的计算公式。对公式计算值和试验实测值进行对比分析。以解析求解的形式分析了加固梁的抗弯屈服承载力和极限承载力表达式,加固梁刚度解析公式中考虑了侧面加固钢筋的影响。利用ANSYS进行非线性有限元分析模拟加载试验过程,以验证加固措施的有效性,将试验结果和有限元模型分析结果进行对比。最后提出了HPF加固混凝土结构的施工工艺及施工质量控制方法,以工程实例简要说明了本文加固梁计算公式的运用,便于高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固法在实际工程中的推广应用。

【Abstract】 High performance ferrocement (HPF) technology is a new method to reinforcethe concrete structure and masonry structure. Depending on the fine properties of thematerials and the fine cohesion of the boundary agent, both the ferrocement layerand the original bodies work harmoniously as a whole. In order to put this methodinto practice, research team was set up in civil engineering department of HunanUniversity, which has taken on several research projects in this field. By means oftest and theoretical research on the full-scale beams under secondary load, this thesiswill make valuable contributions to the past achievements, and provide full andaccurate experiments and theory to practice projects and the compilation of《Technical Specification for Strengthening Concrete Structure with FerrocementMotor》of China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization.Firstly, based on the test of 4 full-scale beams, the influence on strengthenedbeams of the ultimate capacity, strain of steel, concrete and ferrocement are studied,according to the varieties of the first load. Formulas are proposed for thestrengthened beams about ultimate capacity based on the test and theoreticalresearch.Based on the crack and deflection data of 4 control beams and 10 strengthenedbeams, the varieties of tendency of crack and stiffness are analyzed. Formulas areproposed for the interval and width of cracks and stiffness of section, and the testvalues and the formula values are compared.Analysis the yield and ultimate capacities in the form of analytic formula,including the affects of aspect steels. Nonlinear finite element methods is employedto simulate the process of the loading test, in order to testify the effectivity ofstrengthening method ,and the test values are compared with the results of model.Lastly, the construction technology and methods for the quality control areproposed. The application of formulas is illustrated through a project example, forthe sake of the spread of this technology applying in practice project.
