基于流媒体技术的视频监控与分析系统

【摘要】 近年来,随着计算机、网络传输及图像识别等技术的飞速发展,视频监控技术有了长足的发展。本文依托安徽省铜陵有色金属公司的技改项目,在研究视频压缩编码、流媒体技术及数字图像技术的基础上,研制了一套基于流媒体技术的视频监控和分析系统。论文在首章绪论部分讨论了课题的背景、发展状况和全文的安排。在阐述了监控系统的信号采集和压缩编码技术之后,选择了H.264压缩标准作为系统适用的压缩标准。接着对多媒体技术和流媒体技术做了比较深入的研究,详细地剖析了其技术原理,应用并发服务器算法创建实时服务线程,完成视频监控系统的发送和接收设计。第四章在建设了监控系统的基础上引入数字图像识别技术,对图像识别技术进行详细地研究,应用图像序列中的统计信息对背景进行恢复,然后再描述异常情况,最后采用模版匹配方法判断出异常类别,识别是否有异常进入视场内,最后完成视频分析系统的设计。在完成相关技术研究之后,第五章详细介绍了安徽省铜陵有色金属公司的视频监控和分析系统的设计过程,包括了视频服务器、中心监控主机和视频客户端的系统研制,对其具体实现过程进行了详细分析,详细解析了系统研制的关键技术,并介绍了系统的运行效果和推广前景。最后,就论文所做的理论和实践工作进行总结,对视频监控系统进一步的研究工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer and network as well as image recognition, video surveillance technology has been improved in recent years. The video surveillance and analyzing system is developed base on the research of advanced techniques such as video compression coding, stream media and image recognition. This project is supported by the Technological Renovation Program of Anhui Tongling Tongdu Copper Products Co.Ltd.Research background and the development of video surveillance are mentioned in this thesis firstly. H.264 standard is adopted after expatiate signal gathering and coding compression of surveillance system. Then deeper research on stream media technique and multimedia technique has been carried on in detail. Real-time servicing thread has been developed by using concurrence server arithmetic. Design of data sending and receiving is also described. In chapter four, digital image recognition technique has been researched based on developing video surveillance. Image background has been resumed by processing the statistical information of image lists, and abnormity regimentation is estimated with the way of stencil matching, abnormity can be recognized based on the abnormity regimentation. In chapter five, the implementation of the video surveillance and the analyzing system of Anhui Tongling Tongdu Copper Products Co.Ltd has been described in detail, including the development of video server and center surveillance as well as video client. The core technique of system implementation is also investigated in chapter five. The Application results have proved that the system has good performance.Finally, the thesis has summed up the fundamental research and the practice application, and the further research about video surveillance has been given.
