热泵热水系统的研究

【摘要】 随着生活水平的提高,人们对人居环境的要求逐步提高,与此同时是对能源需求的逐步增加,能源的供需矛盾日益突出。节能,已成为各行业迫切的课题。在卫生热水方面,城镇居民对于卫生热水的需求的增加,生活卫生热水的能耗日益加大。如何降低热水系统的能耗,是一个值得认真探讨的问题。将热泵技术应用于热水系统,代替传统制热方式,具有很好的节能、环保优势。本文提出利用建筑中的消防水池,使用热泵机组从中取热。采用集总参数法和有限差分法,使用软件对消防水池的蓄热量进行了非稳态传热数值计算,分析了热泵热水系统连续、间歇运行工况下,消防水池水温的变化情况,讨论了主要影响因素对水池与土壤进行热交换的影响规律。结果表明:浅水池热源热泵作为小型建筑中主要制取热水的设备或者大型建筑中空气源热泵热水机组的辅助设备是切实可行的。目前国内外关于热泵热水系统的探讨主要针对热泵机组,将热泵热水系统作为一个整体的研究很少。另外从热泵热水系统入手,以长沙市某酒店为试验对象,探讨了3种热泵生活热水系统方式——直接加热方式、间接加热方式、混合型加热方式,给出了混合型加热方式的水箱配置形式——传统水箱配置形式、储热和加热配置形式、改进形式。在相同条件下,储热和加热配置形式与改进形式的耗电量基本接近,传统水箱配置形式的耗电量最高。分析了热泵机组性能系数与热水系统性能系数间的关系,在选择合适的冷凝水进出口温差,以提高热泵机组性能系数时,应考虑优化水箱配置形式,降低水泵配置数量及能耗,从而提高热水系统的性能系数。探讨了其他节能措施。

【Abstract】 With the increasing seriousness of the problem of energy and environment more and more HVAC systems have been in service in World, which have significant influence upon energy and environment. Energy saving has become a vital problem. Increasing hot water need causes a rise in the energy consumption. It need a future discuss in this area. Implying heat pump into hot water system in place of traditional heating ways will do goods both in economy and environment.The author mentions the wading pool heat pump, using the fire fight pond. Based on lumped heat capacity method and finite difference method, thermal storage of the wading pool is processed unsteady state heat transferring count through the program. In the continuous andintermittent run of the system, the paper analyses how the pool temperature change. And it also presents the influence of several parameters on heat transfer between the wading pool and the soil. It is feasible that it can be primary heating source in the small-scale buildings and equipment assisting the air source heat pumps in the large-scale buildings.Nowadays, researches of heat pump hot water systems concentrate in the heat pumps only, few take consider of the system as a whole. The paper surveys a heat pump hot water system that is running in a hotel in Changsha, Hunan province.After analyzing 3 ways of hot water supply systems using heat pumps as direct heating, indirect heating and mixing heating, propose 3 ways of laying out water tank in mixing heating system, which is traditional way, storing& heating way and developed of the later one. In the same condition, power consumption of storing& heating way and its developed way is more or less the same, while the traditional way uses up the most of all. Then we analyze the relationships between performance coefficients of heat pump and performance coefficients of hot water system. When choosing proper inlet& outlet temperature range of cooling water in order to improve COP of heat pump system, we should pay attention to optimizing design of water tank and also reducing numbers and energy consumption of heat pumps in the purpose of improving COP of hot water system. Then discuss other ways of energy saving.
