基于USB主机技术的三相电子式多功能电能表设计

【摘要】 不同的电能计量现场对抄表方式和通信接口有不同的需求。电能表抄表和通信接口的选取要综合考虑地理环境特点、用户用电行为、技术水平、管理体制和投资成本等多种因素。本文针对数据传输量大、电能表分布分散、不适合配置自动抄表系统的用户,设计了基于USB主机技术的三相电子式多功能电能表。这种电能表实现了谐波分析和谐波电能计量,不仅具有精度高、功耗低等优点,而且还可以分时段计量各用户的电能以提高电网利用率,达到避峰填谷的目的。基于USB主机技术的三相电子式多功能电能表为用户提供了USB接口,用户可使用U盘设置电能表运行参数、抄读电力负荷曲线和电量数据,方便现场抄表,避免了人为差错。本文首先综述电能表的发展、电力抄表方式和电能表通信接口的需求和发展,讨论了USB技术的发展及应用情况,以及USB主机技术在电能表中的应用意义;介绍了三相电子式电能表工作原理与工作流程,论述了电能计量模块硬件设计与电能计量算法的实现,介绍了电能表管理、电源、通信等模块的功能与原理;论述了USB主机技术和文件系统的基本原理,提出了基于USB主机技术的新型三相多功能电能表的结构,重点描述了USB主机单元的硬件、软件设计,以及USB接口电磁兼容设计,详细阐述了基于USB主机技术的电能表对U盘文件读写、新建、删除和修改等文件操作的设计方法;探讨了电子式电能表的抗干扰设计与低功耗设计技术,介绍了电能表的计量检验与功能检验方法,以及电能表现场运行情况,分析了电能表的误差来源,介绍了项目设计采用的误差校正方法,讨论了USB技术在电能表和抄表系统中的应用前景。本文的研究为电力抄表和电能表参数设置提供了一种简单、方便的技术手段。基于USB主机技术的三相电子式电能表,以其独有的优势与特点将得到越来越多的用户的认可。

【Abstract】 Different Power Metering field demands different measurement methods and communication interface. The selection of power meter reading and communication interface depends on characteristics of the physical environment, the users’ action of using electricity, the rank of techniques, management structure, investment costs and so on. In this paper, a three-phase electronic multi-function meter is designed for users with mass data transmission and scattered distribution of electric energy meter, while automatic meter reading system is not suitable for them. Based on the USB Host technical design, this three-phase electronic multi-function meter realized the function of harmonic analysis and harmonic measurement, it is not only high accuracy and low power consumption, but also has the function of divided periods measurement to improve the power grid efficiency and achieve peak-hour valley purpose. This three-phase electronic multi-function meter based on USB Host technique provide the users with USB interface, users may use U-disk for setting power meter operating parameters, and reading power load curve data and energy data, it is convenient for spot meter reading, and it is much useful for avoiding manual error.This paper first reviews the development of electric energy meter, power meter reading methods, the demand and development of electric meter communication interface. The development and application of USB technique, and the significance of USB Host technique application in electric meter is discussed. The principle and working flow of three-phase electronic meter is introduced, and the realization of electric energy measurement algorithm and hardware design, as well as the principles and function of this meter’s management, power and communication modules is described. The basic principle of USB Host technique and file system is discussed, a new structure of three-phase electric multi-function meter based on USB Host technique is put forward, it focused on hardware, software and EMC design of USB Host interface unit, and the way that the meter file reading, file writing, file deleting, and file modification in U-disk based USB Host technique is discussed. The anti-disturbance and low power consumption design of electric meter is explored. The measurement checking and function inspection methods, and running instance is described. At last, the error source of this power meter is analyzed, and the application foreground of USB technique in electric meters and meter reading system is discussed.This research provides a simple, convenient way for setting of electric meter parameters and meter reading. USB Host Technique-based three-phase electronic energy meter with unique advantages and features is being more and more recognized from the users.
