视觉检测系统及其在葡萄糖药液检测中的应用研究

【摘要】 作为一新兴的技术领域,机器视觉检测与识别在国际上还处于初级发展阶段,在中国就还更是开荒播种期。为此,本文对机器视觉及其应用作了深入的研究。论文首先分析了国内外机器视觉的研究现状以及对机器视觉的需求,概括了机器视觉的特点,并将机器视觉的具体应用情况作了总结。其次,论文对机器视觉成像系统的关键技术做了概述,深入研究了图像采集卡的基本原理以及在不同的扫描模式下采集卡的工作时序;设计了基于图像采集和CCD摄像机的PC图像采集方案;深入研究机器视觉的照明方案设计,通过大量的实验,完成了对各类工业产品检测的光源方案设计。在机器视觉成像系统的基础上,论文提出了视觉检测系统的设计方案。方案包括视觉检测系统的整体机械结构设计和系统的电气控制结构设计,并完成了图像采集卡和摄像机的配置。在工业产品检测中检测到的次品需要将其从生产线上自动剔除,为此本文设计了一种直接击出式的次品分离装置,并给出了详细工作原理,在此基础上提出了一种改进的机械手自动分拣方案。在完成系统硬件结构设计后,本文详细的讨论了视觉检测平台的软件设计方案,详细解释了本文设计的视觉检测软件的工作原理,工作流程图以及各检测模块的功能结构。最后论文对葡萄糖药液检测的需求进行了详细的分析,在视觉检测系统的基础上开发了针对医药葡萄糖药液的检测实验。论文深入研究了葡萄糖药液检测的工作原理,完成了其图像采集系统的配置。根据不同的葡萄糖缺陷,论文研究了两种检测方法:针对葡萄糖瓶身上的脏污,论文研究了边缘检测的方法,研究结果表明检测的结果能达到预期的目标;针对葡萄糖药体内的悬浮小颗粒,采用普通的方法很难识别,因此论文采用了时间差分的方法实现对运动目标的检测从而跟踪到悬浮的小颗粒。并且论文完成了葡萄糖药液检测的整体软件设计。

【Abstract】 As a new area, machine vision inspection and recognition is in a primary stage, and is the seeding time opening up wasteland right away more in China. For this purpose, this thesis has made a thorough research for machine vision and its application.First, the thesis has analyzed the international research situation and the need of machine vision. The characteristic of machine vision has been summarized, and the application of machine vision is generalized.Secondly, the key technology of machine vision imaging system is summarized, the rationale of image card and work timing in different scan model are researched deeply. The scheme of image grab based on image card and CCD camera is designed. The scheme of lighting in machine vision is researched deeply by lots of experiment.On the basis of the machine vision imaging system, the scheme of vision inspecting system is designed, which includes the machinery physical design and systematic electric control physical design. The configuration of image card and camera also is finished. In industrial online inspection, the inferior must be eliminated, so in this thesis a separation device of substandard products using the method of strike out directly is designed. After completed the hardware design, the software design is discussed in detail. The operating principle of the software, the flow chart working and the function of every inspecting module are explained in detailed.At last, the experiment of glucose inspecting based on the multifunctional vision inspecting system is developed by the needs of glucose inspection. Because the defect is different specifically for glucose, so two method of inspecting are researched. One method of edge detecting is researched aiming at the filth of the bottle body. The inspecting result of edge detection indicated that this method can reach the expected target. Another defect is small pellet of suspension. Because this defect is difficult to inspect using normal method, so in this thesis a method of time differences is adopted to inspect the small moving target in order to trace the small pellet. At the last of this thesis the software design of glucose inspecting experiment is completed.
