图形化地区电网继电保护整定及仿真智能系统的研究

【摘要】 继电保护是保证电力系统安全运行的关键,其整定计算与定值检验难度高、工作量大,通常这些工作由继电保护工作人员手工计算完成,任务繁重,且易带来误差。随着计算机应用的深入、普及,目前继电保护整定一般由计算机完成,定值检验也逐渐由计算机模拟仿真。近年来,已有一些独立的继电保护整定软件与定值仿真系统出现,但存在继电保护整定与定值仿真各自单独运行的不足,在整定计算完成之后不能直接很好的检验定值的准确性,缺乏预知故障了解开关动作情况的能力。针对当前继电保护整定计算与仿真分析软件存在的不足,结合工程实际,本文对图形化地区电网继电保护整定及仿真智能系统的实现做了细致的分析和研究。文章采用节点阻抗矩阵的方法进行电力系统故障分析,运用模块化的思想实现继电保护自动整定。重点阐述了利用开关状态仿真的方法实现继电保护定值仿真的研究。同时利用Visual Basic.NET对AutoCAD进行二次开发来实现系统所需的图形功能。该系统以数据库为核心,运用先进的可视化编程技术、面向对象技术、计算机图形处理技术和模块化思想,通过地区电网继电保护与短路计算一体化,图形、数据及动作仿真关联一体化的建立,实现了地区电网继电保护整定与智能仿真相结合的综合设计。程序系统的总体设计,各功能模块的功能及实现方法均在文中作了较详细的介绍。文章最后以郴州地区电网整定计算与仿真实例表明了系统模型及程序的正确性和有效性。该系统的使用使继电保护工作人员从繁杂的工作中解脱出来,提高了继电保护整定值的可信度,保证继电保护装置满足选择性、速动性、可靠性和安全性的要求,为电力系统安全、稳定运行创造了条件。
【Abstract】 Protective relay is the key of the safe running of power system. Setting calculation and test is a work often done by protection people, which is miscellaneous and easy make a mistake. Today, those works are completed necessarily and possible using the new computer technology along with computer widely using. In recent years, some single protection setting software and setting simulation system is made. But these software is independent and can’t link up automatically which the setting can’t test directly after setting calculation, and we can’t find out which breaker could move before the fault happening. So, aiming at the limitation of the present software and combining the practice of engineering, the intelligent system for protective relay setting and simulation on local power network is amply described and studied is this article. The principle, mathematics model and software’s realization of fault calculation, protective relay setting and setting simulation is expatiated in detail. In the same time, the principle and realization method of graphic function for the system is analyzed too. An intelligent and interactive system of fault analysis, protection setting and simulation is established, which takes database as its core, applies the advanced technologies of visual programming, OOP, computer graph processing and modularization, combines the protective setting with fault analysis, and incorporates graphics, data and simulation together to implement the integrated design of protection setting and intelligent simulation for local power network. The overall software design and the function of each module is introduced. Finally, an example calculating the Chenzhou area power system protection setting and simulation shows the validity and the right of the system modern and program. By using of this system, it enhances the creditability of protection settings and ensures protection devices the selectivity, speediness, reliability and security.
