ArcGIS Engine组件在水土保持决策支持系统开发中的应用研究

【摘要】 GIS技术的引入,使得水土保持信息管理进入了信息化、数字化时代。GIS技术成为水土保持信息集成管理和水土保持信息提取与综合的强有力工具。本文介绍了地理信息系统开发的思想发展和常用组件的特性与功能等方面的对比,并详细介绍了基于ArcGIS Engine组件的开发方式。总体设计思路是基于ArcGIS Engine提供的空间数据处理、数据编辑、空间分析等组件,利用可视化开发平台.NET进行水土保持决策支持系统的开发。系统主要由GIS功能模块(包括数据维护模块、地图基本操作模块、信息查询模块、空间分析模块、辅助决策模块及制图与输出模块)和辅助决策模块组成,其中GIS功能主要包括视图浏览、矢量图层的查询、属性管理、图形操作、基本的空间分析及各种专题图件输出等。GIS功能采用ArcGIS Engine的接口技术来实现,对于部分简单的GIS功能,直接调用ArcGIS Engine提供的工具按钮实现,对于复杂的GIS功能,如辅助决策模块等则通过调用ArcGIS Engine对象库中的函数和控件并结合C#编程方法实现。本系统的研制使用了面向对象开发语言,并充分利用了ArcGIS Engine提供的基本的图形操作、数据编辑、图形显示、空间分析等组件来搭建,该方法有效地提高了应用型地理信息系统的开发效率,且具有良好的用户界面和完善的功能。基于ArcGIS Engine开发的水土保持决策支持系统最大的特点是能完全脱离ArcGIS软件系统在Windows环境下独立运行,而且操作简单方便。最后,本文以朝阳市水土保持决策支持系统为例,验证了本系统的可行性、可靠性和鲁棒性。

【Abstract】 The introduction of GIS technology has already made the management of water and soil conservation information enter the information and digitization era.The GIS also has become the comprehensive strong tool for the management of water and soil conservation information and integration of water and soil conservation resources.The paper introduces the methods of the second development based on GIS and specifies the property,method and application of the components.This paper also introduces the developable way based on ArcGIS Engine package in detail.The total idea of design is to establish the decision support system for soil and water conservation by using the Visual Studio.NET programming language and the components of data processing,data editing and spatial analyzing based on ArcGIS Engine.The system is mainly made up of GIS function module and soil and water conservation information module,and the fuction of GIS module mainly includes browsing the view,inquiring vector-graph layer,managing the attribute of layers,operating graphics,basal spatial analyzing and exporting various thematic maps etc.The function of GIS adopts the interface technology of ArcGIS Engine.As to some simple GIS functions,It is realized directly by using the tool button that ArcGIS Engine gives;As to complicated GIS function,such as soil and water conservation information module,it is realized by using the function and control offered by ArcGIS Engine,and methods of C# programming is adopted.This geographical information system is developed by orientated-object language,and has made full use of such packages as basal figure operating,data editing,graphical displaying,spatial analyzing that ArcGIS Engine gives,thus,it improves the efficiency of employing the geographical information system,and the system has good user interface and complete fuction.The characteristic of information system based on ArcGIS Engine is that this system can independently run apart from ArcGIS software system under the environment of WINDOWS,Moreover,it is simple and convenient to operate.Finally,This paper confirms feasibility,reliability,and robusticity of the decision support system for soil and water conservation taking ChaoYang data for an example.
