【摘要】 城市化是社会经济发展到一定阶段的产物,伴随着城市化水平的不断提高,城市在区域发展中的核心作用日益增强,城市对区域经济发展产生愈来愈明显的拉动效应。城市化对于区域发展的拉动效应集中体现在促进区域消费总量增长、拉动区域消费结构与消费层次变化、引导区域产业结构不断调整与升级。并且城市化为输出地的农民拓宽了就业渠道、增加了收入、改善了生存状况、也增进了输出地的繁荣。城市化已经成为现代区域经济增长的重要动力源泉,因此各国、各地区都将推进城市化进程和提高城市化质量作为促进区域经济发展的重要途径。吉林省在资本原始积累、工业发展特色、文化背景等与发达地区有很大不同,所以这里不具备发展小城镇的条件。只能通过中心突破的方式来推进城市化发展进程。即首先实现中心区——长春市的突破,这是非均衡理论在实践的表现形式。不同区域之间的非均衡发展是一种常见现象,只有非均衡发展,才有利于加快经济发展的速度,并带动整个区域经济的发展,这已经由国外一些国家和后工业化国家提供了成功的例证。我国的经济发展实际上也是首先实现了东部沿海地区经济的快速发展,在经济发展的进程中首先形成辐射能力强的经济中心,然后以中心城市带动周边区域的发展,符合资本运动的规律,符合经济发展的内在要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization is an outcome that regional and social economy develops to a certain level. Accompany with improving of urbanization level and strengthening of cities effects in regional development, cities have the promoted effect more obviously for development of regional economy. Promoted effect of regional economy caused by urbanization embody that total sum of stimulating regional consume, promoting regional consumable structure and the change of consumable rank order, the adjusting and escalating of guiding regions estate structure. Furthermore, urbanization widen employment channel for farmers in output area, increase income, improve life condition, increase important and force flourishing of output area. Urbanization is the source that can make modern regional economy increasing. As a result, each country, each area should promote the process urbanization and enhance the quality of urbanization. It is the important channel for promoting regional economy development.Jilin Province in the primitive accumulation of capital, theindustrial development characteristic, the cultural context and so onhas with the developed area is very greatly different, therefore heredoes not have develops the small cities condition. Only can the way which breaks through through the center advance theurbanized development advancement. Namely first realizes the central area --- Changchun breakthrough,this right and wrong balanced theory in practice manifestation. Between the different region non- balanced development is one kind ofcommon phenomenon, only has the non- balanced development, only thenis advantageous to speeds up the economical development the speed, andthe impetus entire region economy development, this already hasprovided the successful illustration by the overseas some countriesand the latter industrialized country.
