公积金管理中心数据仓库建设与数据挖掘

【摘要】 随着上海市公积金管理信息系统的建立和使用,在公积金日常业务处理过程中积累了大量的基础性数据和业务处理信息。但是这些数据并不能直接用于公积金决策。公积金管理机构迫切要求建立基于数据仓库的决策支持系统,来为公积金政策的制定、调整和公积金科学化管理提供有力支持。本文就是通过对数据仓库技术、数据挖掘的研究和应用,探索实现公积金的宏观决策。论文以我国公积金系统发展的现状以及决策支持系统、数据仓库、数据挖掘的研究现状为背景,并且结合上海市公积金管理中心在建的历史数据综合分析系统的结构,功能,系统背景和业务环境,对系统的数据仓库设计和开发过程做了详尽的论述,在此基础上提出了公积金决策支持系统未来发展的趋势和方向。对于数据仓库的设计,从概念模型设计开始,首先分析系统的需求、确定数据仓库的主题、业务逻辑模型设计。然后进行物理模型设计,针对系统实际的硬件环境,确定数据的存储结构,数据的ETL策略,以及其他数据仓库建设的关键步骤。最后结合具体实例详细论述了公积金指标体系的建立,数据挖掘及应用的设计和实现过程,对于今后公积金及相关行业的数据仓库和决策支持系统具有重要的实际参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the establishing and utilizing of the provident fund management system, lots of data and information about the provident fund have been accumulated during the daily operation. But these data cannot be used directly for decision. The provident fund management organization is urged to establish the provident fund decision support system (DSS) on the basis of the Data Warehouse. This thesis makes researches about how to realize it through data warehouse’s application and research. Data warehouse has become one hot research field in current Information Technology field. The traditional database is the main information source of data warehouse system. Through the technology of On-Line Analytical Processing, Data Mining and so on, data warehouse can analyse a great deal of data and information and transform data into information. The results of analysis can support the governors’ decisions. This thesis has a background of the development of china’s provident fund system and current advances in the research of decision support system, data warehouse and data mining. Combined with the structure, function, background and environment of shanghai provident fund system, this thesis gives a detailed description on the data design and development process applied in this system. At last it is the expectation of system. Regarding the data warehouse design, it starts from the design of conceptual model. Firstly, the system requirements must be analyzed thus the subjects of the data warehouse can be determined, in which the star schema is used for the modeling work. Next, the logic model design is carried out. In this process, the logic model should be further developed and improved, that is, the structure of dimension tables and fact tables for each subject will be determined. Finally, as a good case in point, some ideas of designing and implementing data warehouse mentioned in this thesis have been applied in Provident fund Analyzing System project successfully, which is useful for constructing the data warehouse and DSS used in the area of Provident fund in the future.
