全封闭旋转式二氧化碳压缩机研究

【摘要】 随着制冷业内工质替代议题的深入,自然工质二氧化碳正以其无可比拟的热物理特性而逐渐成为热门首选。在此背景下,相关二氧化碳制冷技术的研究与开发工作近年来获得了快速发展,尤其是在核心部件二氧化碳压缩机方面。然而,相比国外,我国目前在二氧化碳压缩机方面的研究可以说还是空白。本文通过分析总结二氧化碳独特物性特点以及目前业内现有二氧化碳压缩机现状,成功开发了新型全封闭滚动转子式二氧化碳压缩机,该压缩机采用具有中间冷却的两级压缩机构,壳体压力为最终排气压力。另外,就压缩机设计开发过程中的关键部件,文中做了阐述说明。为全面分析所开发新型二氧化碳压缩机性能表现,本文基于气体流量计法设计开发了与之相配套的压缩机性能测试实验系统,该系统可满足制冷能力为1000~6400W的全封闭二氧化碳压缩机性能测试需要。在对所开发新型二氧化碳压缩机进行全面性能测试后发现,该二氧化碳压缩机性能上已达到业内同类型压缩机性能水平并存在进一步提高的潜力。另外,文中对二氧化碳压缩机各运行参数对其运行性能的影响也作了全面的分析并对所开发二氧化碳压缩机性能图谱作了精确拟合。
【Abstract】 With the advancement of refrigerant replacement, CO2 shows great competitiveness because of its great thermophysical properties. Under this circumstance, researches around CO2 refrigeration technology get great development, especially in CO2 compressor. However, compared to some other countries, works around CO2 compressor are rather limited in China.In this paper, after analyzing and summarizing thermophysical features of CO2 and the state of the art of CO2 compressors, a new hermetic rolling piston CO2 compressor is developed. This compressor adopts a two-stage compression mechanism with intermediate cooling and the inside shell pressure is the final discharge pressure. Key parts of the compressor are analyzed in this paper.In order to comprehensively measure the performance of the developed compressor, a test stand is designed and constructed based on gas flow measument method. CO2 compressors with the cooling capacity range of 1000~6400W can be measured on this stand.After performance measurements, the developed CO2 compressor is proved to be as good as similar CO2 compressors inside the industry and has opportunities for further improvement. Besides, effects of CO2 compressor operation parameters on compressor performance are analyzed and the performance mappings of the developed compressor are also fitted.
