基于C/S模式的计算机配毛优化系统的研究

【摘要】 本文针对毛条加工质量控制和原料优化,系统地研究了基于C/S(客户/服务器)模式的计算机配毛优化系统,以实现经济、合理、充分地使用羊毛资源,提高和稳定毛条加工质量,同时实现配毛信息数据库数据的网络共享。主要的研究内容及创新之处如下:通过对原毛的性能指标进行分析,选择合适的配毛关注指标。从理论上研究了混合批原毛的性能指标与牧场原料批原毛性能指标之间的关系,探讨及推导了混合批原毛纤维长度离散值计算公式,并对其进行了工业验证。建立了混合批原毛平均性能指标计算的数学公式。在研究分析了牧场原料批原毛与混合批原毛质量指标之间关系的基础上,建立了合批配毛优化数学模型,探讨了配毛数学模型的算法。并利用计算机对配毛数学模型进行求解,实现了配毛过程的计算机最优化分析。根据合批毛质量指标要求,可以迅速地完成配毛优化过程,给出最佳的合批毛配毛方案,使组成合批毛的各个牧场原料批原毛的综合性能指标既能满足合批毛的质量要求,又能使组成合批毛的原料价格最低。由于原毛的价格与原毛的性能指标有密切关系,通过对原毛的性能指标对其价格与折扣的影响关系进行系统分析,建立了原毛的价格预测计算方法,以便对各个原料批进行配毛经济分析。在此基础上结合成品毛条与合批毛原料性能指标之间的关系,建立了毛条质量指标反演合批毛性能指标的优化数学模型,利用计算机求解,使得能根据特定毛条品质指标,反演计算出所需合批毛原料的技术指标,使其在保证满足成品毛条质量指标的前提下,同时能使组成毛条的原料成本最低。通过对毛条加工企业从原料的采购、运输、储存、生产及产品的销售等主要环节信息流进行研究,采用程序开发工具Delphi和数据库开发工具SQL Server 2000进行了计算机配毛优化分析系统软件的设计和开发,建立了以配毛为中心的C/S(客户/服务器)配毛信息数据库系统。软件模块主要包括原料出入库管理、合批配毛优化分析、毛条反演合批毛原料优化分析、毛条质量预测与对比分析、数据查询、合批毛综合指标计算、数据库管理、系统设定八个子系统。经毛条生产企业实际使用表明,所建立的配毛优化数学模型符合企业的实际情况,给出的优化配毛结果完全能满足企业的实际生产需要,配毛速度快,将复杂、繁琐的需要专人长期掌握的人工配毛工作转变成简单易于学习的软件操作,同时实现了配毛数据的共享。因此,本课题的研究不仅有利于提高和稳定企业产品质量,同时有利于提高企业的生产效率和管理水平。

【Abstract】 The computerized blending-wool system based on C/S mode is studied to aim at top quality control and raw wool optimization. The system could improve top quality and make wool used in economy and reasonability. It also could make blending-wool database shared by network. The main study and innovation are as follows:The blending-wool parameters are chosen after the characteristics of raw wool are analyzed. Then the relationship between combined wool characteristics and individual wool characteristics are studied and coefficient of variation of staple length about combined wool fiber is discussed and deducted to get a formula which is validated in industrial experiment. The calculational formulae of combined wool characteristics are established.On the basis of studying relationship between combined wool and individual wool, a blending-wool mathematical model is established. The arithmetic of model is discussed and got solution through computer to optimize to blend wool. According to combined wool characteristics requirement, it could accomplish blending-wool process rapidly and obtain the optimal scheme which would not only meet combined wool requirement but also have the lowest price.Because the price of raw wool has close relation with raw wool characteristics, the formula of raw wool price prediction is established on the basis of wool price components which are analyzed from the relationship between price/discounts and raw wool characteristics. This could make individual wool economic analysis realized. A mathematical model of top reverse combined wool is established not only on the basis of relationship between top quality and combined wool characteristics but also about price component of raw wool. It could get solution through computer and calculate combined wool characteristics according to particular top qualities by the model, which produce top that meets the requirements and also have the lowest price.On the basis of study information from raw material purchase, transport, storage, production, product sale in the top mill, the information database of matching wool system is set up through programming language Delphi and database tool SQL Server 2000 for computerized blending-wool system based on C/S mode. This software include mainly eight modules as follows: raw wool input and output management, optimization of combined wool blending, optimization about top reverse combined wool, contrast between top quality prediction and actual production, data query, combined wool properties calculation, databases management, system setup. This blending-wool optimization software has been used in top mill and could be meet actual production requirement. The optimal blending-wool solution can meet actual production requirement completely and make blending-wool optimization rapidly. It has good interfaces to be simply operated and could substitute blending-wool by man which is spent long time to master. The blending-wool database could be shared by network. This is not only avail to improve and stabilize top quality but also improve production efficiency in mill.
