RPM中自由曲面点云数据的自适应分层相关技术研究

【摘要】 由现代制造技术中逆向工程与快速成型集成化发展趋势出发,针对RE/RPM数据流上快速成型层片加工文件的生成,以自由曲面点云数据的自适应分层算法为论文核心内容进行课题研究与组织论文工作,本文开展主要工作如下:首先获取点云数据,并就此研究点云数据预处理方法,其中包括点云数据多视点配准,由K邻近点建立数据空间关系,数据平滑与滤波方法,以局部法向变化限定值进行非均匀数据精简等。其次研究自由曲面点云数据的自适应分层算法,先定义栅格及表面误差等,使层间表面误差的数值逼近选定值,依此确定堆层高度;堆层轮廓提取分为两种:对于多以直线段与圆弧组成的机械零件轮廓,由曲率法确定特征栅格点与轮廓线型,并以直线段或圆弧连接;对于自由形体的分层轮廓,由相关系数计算判断线性关系,再以直线段连接为闭合轮廓,最后采用三次B样条曲线对原有轮廓数据点进行曲线逼近拟合表达。通过比较分析采取CLI格式输出轮廓数据并最终形成RPM加工文件。以Visual C++结合OpenGL进行程序编制,并开发了数据处理原型系统PAS,最终通过实例验证了本文算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 The reverse engineering and rapid prototyping manufacturing by the modern manufacture technology in the integrated development tendency to embark, in view of the RE/RPM data stream in the adaptive slicing processing document production, conducts the topic research and the organization paper work take the adaptive slicing algorithm of point cloud data from free-form surface as the paper center, this article does the main work as follows:Gain the cloud data first, the viewpoint matches among them and specifically for the cloud collecting studies data pretreatment method, including the cloud data multi-viewpoints matching, by the K neighbouring near-point establishment data space relations, data smoothing and filtering method, by partial method carries on the data part retrench to the change limitation value to simplify.Next research free tune flour dim sum cloud data auto-adapted lamination algorithm, is during each has the region certain surface error by the grid and the superficial error definition, piles the level altitude according to this determination; Piles the level outline to withdraw divides into two kinds: Regarding many by tangential path and circular arc composition machine parts outline, determines the characteristic grid grid point by the curvature law if linear, and by tangential path or circular arc connection; Regarding the general physique, by the correlation is the data calculated the judgement linearity relations, and take the tangential path connection as the closed outline, uses three times B transect curve to carry on the curve to the original outline data point to approach the fitting.Adopts the CLI form output outline data through the analysis and finally forms the RPM processing document. Carries on the programming by Visual C++ and OpenGL, data processing prototype system PAS was developed, and it has confirmed this article algorithm validity.
