面向GIS的城市交通路网处理技术研究

【摘要】 路网数据是建立以GIS为平台的城市交通管理系统和市政管理系统的基础数据,路网数据组织的好坏直接影响到城市交通管理、市政管理等系统的开发质量和使用质量。本文以城市交通地理信息系统为背景,在城市路网的建模、处理和显示技术等方面展开了系统的研究。其中主要工作如下:(1)对基于道路轮廓的路心线生成算法进行了深入的研究,本文对以往的算法进行了改进和完善,减少了路心线的顶点个数,提高了算法的效率;通过引入曲线的路心线线段,提高了算法在处理弯曲道路时的准确度;同时给出了初始轮廓的确定方法和路口点的确定方法,提高了算法的自动化程度。(2)针对以往的编码方法在对城市交通路网要素的编码中存在的问题和不足,结合实际系统的开发需求,给出了一种基于地理位置的编码方法。这种编码方法在遵守国标编码原则和结构的基础上,可以准确、唯一的表示地理实体,并且具有良好的扩展性和通用性。(3)通过对城市交通路网数据的处理和加工,构建了一种多层复合道路模型,模型由面向对象的空间数据模型和交通要素可视化模型构成。前者将城市交通路网中的各种实体作为对象,以面向对象的方法对数据进行组织和管理,使数据更加有序并且易于操作;后者则使道路模型具有了良好的可视化效果和可操作性。本文所讨论的城市交通路网的处理技术已经应用于路政设施管理系统和城市交通导航系统。实践证明,这种城市交通路网的处理技术具有较高的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The road network data is the basic data to establish municipal transportation management system and GIS-based municipal administration management system. The organization quality of road network data is directly responsible for the quality of municipal transportation management system and municipal administration management system. This paper takes systemic research on city road network modeling, processing and the vision technology on the background of the city geographic information system for transportation. The majority of work is as follows:(1) An in-depth study on road midline calculation algorithm based on road outline was undertaken and produced and some improvement has been present based on the traditional algorithm. The algorithm efficiency is enhanced by reducing the number of vertex of the road midline, and the accuracy of algorithm in processing flexural road is improved by introducing curvilinear segment into road midline. In addition, a definite form is provided to initialize the road outline and road crossing, thus to enhance the automaticity of algorithm.(2) Based on analyzing the problems and insufficiency of the traditional coding method in application of municipal transportation road network, while considering the system development requirement, a coding method based on the geography entity’s geographical position is provided. This coding method respects the GB code standard, expresses the geography entity accurate and exclusive, and has good expansibility and versatility.(3) A multilayer compound road model is constructed according to the data from municipal transportation road network, the model constitutes of the object-oriented space data model and the visible traffic element model. With object-oriented method, 0-0 space data model takes each entity in the municipal transportation road network as an object, making the data more organized and easier to manipulate. Visible traffic element model will provide a nicer visual effect and better operability.The municipal transportation road network processing technology discussed in the paper has applied to a road administration management system and a municipal transportation navigation system. It is proved that this municipal transportation road network processing technology has excellent practical value.
