小檗碱促进獭兔生长代谢、盲肠微生物活力及免疫性能的研究

【摘要】 本试验以小檗碱(Berberine,BER)作为促生长代谢调节剂添加到日粮中,研究其对獭兔生长代谢、盲肠微生态及免疫性能的影响。第一章:小檗碱促进獭兔生长代谢的研究本章将40只獭兔随机分为四组,即对照组定量饲喂配合精料150g/只,试验1、2、3组,分别在配合精料中添加BER 10、20、30mg/Kg,每组10只,单笼饲养,试验期2个月。试验主要研究了不同剂量BER对獭兔内分泌代谢、血清理化指标、生长性能等的影响。结果表明:试验1、2、3组能改善獭兔血清激素水平。饲喂BER后第50天,与对照组相比,血清激素指标中,三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3),分别提高10.13%(P>0.05),17.3%(P<0.05),14.7%(P<0.05);甲状腺素(T4),分别提高1.56℅(P﹥0.05),22.7℅(P<0.05),21.7℅(P<0.05);胰岛素(Insulin),分别提高12.7%(P>0.05),82.8%(P<0.01),54.0%(P<0.05);胰高血糖素(Gluc.),分别降低17.6%(P>0.05),24.9(P>0.05),21.1%(P>0.05):CT分别提高10.3%(P>0.05),25.1 %(P<0.05),21.1%(P>0.05);PTH分别提高16.5%(P>0.05),38.3%(P<0.05),12.7% (P>0.05);IL-2分别提高14.0%(P<0.05),21.5%(P<0.01),20.5%(P<0.01);生长激素分别提高29.4(P>0.05),115.2(P<0.05), 115.2(P<0.05)。血糖水平分别降低5.24℅(P﹥0.05),14.6℅(P﹤0.05),12.8℅(P<0.05);血清总胆固醇分别低38.6℅(P<0.05),55.0℅(P﹤0.01),15.0℅(P﹥0.05);血清总蛋白水平分别提高34.0℅(P>0.05),37.7℅(P﹤0.05),12.0℅(P>0.05);血清钙分别提高18.7℅(P﹥0.05),31.1℅(P<0.05),26.0℅(P<0.05);血清磷分别提高3.89℅(P﹥0.05),14.3℅(P﹥0.05),8.19℅(P﹥0.05);血清氨氮分别增加0.37℅(P>0.05),0.12℅(P>0.05)和下降0.25℅(P﹥0.05);血清尿素氮含量分别增加9.64℅(P<0.05),12.4℅(P﹤0.05),11.1℅(P<0.05);体增重分别增加25.7℅(P﹥0.05),72.0℅(P<0.05),44.4℅(P﹥0.05);平均采食青干草量分别增加20.4℅(P>0.05),39.6℅(P<0.05),33.4℅(P>0.05);饲料转化率各组差异均不显著。第二章:日粮添加小檗碱对獭兔盲肠微生物活力的影响本章将20只獭兔随机分为四组,即对照组定量饲喂配合精料,试验1、2、3组分别在配合精料中添加BER 10、20、30mg/Kg,每组5只,单笼饲养,安装盲肠瘘管。了解BER对盲肠微生态的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比试验1、2、3组的盲肠pH值差异不显著;微生物脱氢酶总活力(TDHA)动态测定中, 12:00处试验1、2组差异极显著(P<0.01),在18:00处试验2组差异显著(P<0.05),总体水平,试验1、2组差异显著(P<0.05);微生物总蛋白(MCP),在6:00处试验2组差异显著性提高20.36%(P<0.05),其余各点没有显著性变化;NH3-N水平,3个试验组的平均值分别降低1.32%,2.84%,2.44%,差异均不显著,动态变化规律相似。第三章:小檗碱改善獭兔免疫性能的研究本章将28只獭兔随机分为四组,即对照组定量饲喂配合精料,试验1、2、3组分别在配合精料中添加BER 10、20、30mg/Kg,每组7只,单笼饲养,试验期2个月。研究BER对獭兔血清中鸡新城疫(ND)疫苗病毒血凝抑制抗体效价水平和血清溶菌酶的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比, ND血凝抑制抗体水平在免疫后7天,试验2、3组显著性提高(P<0.05, P<0.01);免疫后12天,试验1、2组显著性提高(P<0.05, P<0.01);免疫后17天,3个试验组差异均不显著(P>0.05);免疫后22天,试验1组显著性提高(P<0.05);其它差异均不显著(P>0.05)。BER对獭兔血清溶菌酶含量没有显著性影响。

【Abstract】 This test studied effects of berberine (BER) as promoting growth metabolism regulator on growth metabolism, microecology of the caecum and immunity in otter rabbit.First test: Study on berberine improving growth metabolism in otter rabbitsIn this test,40 otter rabbits are divided into 4 groups randomly,10 in each group . The BER of 0, 10, 20, 30 mg dosage were added to one Kg basal diet of otter rabbit. This test was two month. The test studied the effects of different dosage BER on growth, endocrine, the hormone level of serum in otter rabbit. The results showed that:Test groups can improve hormone level of serum.After the 50th day, compared with control group, in the indexes of hormone level of serum, the level of triiodothyronine(T3)increasedrespectively10.13%(P>0.05),17.%(P<0.05),14.7%(P<0.05);thyroxine(T4)increasedrespectively1.56%(P>0.05),22.7%(P<0.05),21.7%(P<0.05);Insulinincreasedrespectively12.7%(P>0.05),82.8%(P<0.01),54.0%(P<0.05);Gluc.reducedrespectively17.6%(P>0.05),24.9(P>0.05),21.1%(P>0.05);CTincreasedrespectively 10.3%(P>0.05),25.1%(P<0.05),21.1%(P>0.05); PTH increased respectively 16.5%(P>0.05),38.3%(P<0.05),12.7%(P>0.05);IL-2increasedrespectively14.0%(P<0.05),21.5%(P<0.01),20.5%(P<0.01);Growth hormone increased respectively 29.4% (P>0.05),115.2%(P<0.05), 115.2%(P<0.05);the level of blood sugar reduced respectively 5.24%(P>0.05),14.6%(P<0.05),12.8%(P<0.05); total cholesterin reduced respectively 38.6%(P<0.05),55.0%(P<0.01),15.0%(P>0.05); total albumen increased respectively 34.0%(P>0.05),37.7%(P<0.05),12.0%(P>0.05); calcium of blood serum reduced respectively 18.7%(P>0.05),31.1%(P<0.05),26.0%(P<0.05); phosphorus of blood serum increased respectively 3.89%(P>0.05),14.3%(P>0.05),8.19%(P>0.05);ammonia-nitrogen increased respectively 0.37%(P>0.05) ,0.12%(P>0.05)and increased 0.25%(P>0.05);SUN increased respectively 9.64%(P<0.05) , 12.4%(P<0.05) , 11.1%(P<0.05);body weight gain increased respectively 25.7%(P>0.05),72.0%(P<0.05),44.4%(P>0.05);average feed intake hay increased respectively 20.4%(P>0.05),39.6%(P<0.05),33.4%(P>0.05).Second test: Study on berberine improving caecum microorganism vitality in otter rabbitsIn this test ,20 otter rabbits are divided into 4 groups randomly,5 in each group . The BER of 0,10 , 20, 30 mg dosage were added to one Kg basal diet of otter rabbit. This test was two month. Caecum fistulas were installed in otter rabbit to research the effect of BER. The results showed that: compared with control group,the pH had no significant difference in test groups;in the dynamic mensuration of animalcule total dehydrogenase activity(TDHA) , test 1 and 2 groups have mighty significant difference(P<0.01) at 12:00,test 3 group have significant difference(P<0.05) at 18:00.In total level, test 1 and 2 groups have significant difference (P<0.05); microbial protein(MCP),test 2 group increased 20.36%(P<0.05) at 6:00,the rest drops have no significant difference;NH3-N level,the average of test groups 3 reduced respectively 1.32%,2.84%,2.44%,there have no significant difference, the orderliness of dynamic change have similarity.Third test: Study on berberine improving immunity faction in otter rabbitsIn this test ,28 otter rabbits are divided into 4 groups randomly,7 in each group . The BER of 0,10 , 20, 30 mg dosage were added to one Kg basal diet of otter rabbit. This test was two month.The test studied the effect of BER on hemaggtulination inhibition antibody titre of Newcastle disease vaccine and the content of lysozyme and bacteriolysin. The results showed that : compared with the control group, after 7 days, special antibody titre of ND of test 2 and 3 grous significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01); after 12 days,test 1and 2 groups have significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01); after 17 days, test groups have no significant difference(P>0.05); after 22 days, test 1 group has significant difference(P<0.05);the rest drops have no significant difference(P>0.05).The effect of BER on serum-bacteriolysin content has no significant difference.
