油脂蒸脱机控制系统的研究

【摘要】 自1940年油脂浸出工业产生以来,国外的油脂浸出工业经过近70年的不断发展,整个企业的生产规模及生产能力上都得到了很大的提高。国外的油脂生产企业基本上都采用了自动控制系统,自动化程度较高。而我国的油脂工业经过油脂界多年的艰苦努力,在油脂生产中浸出技术的自动化方面,取得了一定的进步和发展。但出于在资金及企业规模上的限制,自动化控制程度,相较于国外先进的大型油脂生产企业,则显得相对较低。文中以油脂生产中的DTDC蒸脱机的温度控制系统为研究对象,分别采用传统PID控制以及模糊-PID控制对其进行控制。主要的研究内容如下:对油脂生产系统中DTDC蒸脱机的工艺流程进行详细分析,根据DTDC蒸脱机的层内温度调节对象的特点,对DTDC蒸脱机层内温度控制系统建立相应的数学模型。采用传统PID控制方法对DTDC蒸脱机层内温度进行控制,并使用Matlab的Simulink仿真工具,对DTDC蒸脱机层内温度控制的过程进行仿真,得出相应的仿真响应曲线。根据仿真响应曲线的结果,分析其不足之处,由此提出使用模糊-PID控制的控制方案。对模糊控制理论中的模糊控制规则的设计,模糊量的量化及解模糊等内容进行深入的研究,并将模糊-PID控制技术应用到油脂生产中的DTDC蒸脱机温度控制系统。通过对DTDC蒸脱机层内的温度进行模糊-PID控制,对控制过程进行仿真,并得出仿真结果。通过对模糊-PID控制仿真响应曲线及PID控制仿真响应曲线进行对比,分析两种控制方法的优缺点,仿真结果的对比表明,模糊-PID控制器,在响应速度,压超调及抗干扰能力等方面均优于传统PID控制。文中对模糊控制理论及Matlab中Simulink仿真部分进行了详细深入的研究,并在研究的过程中取得了比较全面的资料和数据,为类似的控制系统研究打下了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 Since 1940, Grease Abstraction Industry established, the foreigner industry has developed incessantly for nearly 70 years, and the foreign enterprise has got great progress in the produce yield and the throughout. The foreign grease companies use the automation control system and the high degree in automation. However, in our country, they have tried their best for many years and got some progress and development in the automation technology of Grease Abstraction. But because of being restricted by the fund and the enterprise scale, the whole extent of automation, compared with the foreigner’s great and advanced grease produce company, shows its inferior position obviously. The thesis treat the DTDC temperature control system in grease industry as the research object,take PID controler system and Fuzzy-controler to control it. Main research results as follows:This thesis apply the PID controller to the DTDC temperature control, and use Matlab to simulate the DTDC temperature control progress, and get the simulate conclusion. It include fuzzy parameter’s quantity ,solve fuzzy ect. The thesis apply the fuzzy-PID controller to the DTDC temperature control system in grease industry. from simulating the control progress, the thesis get the simulating result. The paper compare the fuzzy-PID control result to the PID control result, and analysis the advantage and shortage to the two control mothed. The simulation experiment indicated that, this Fuzzy controller is strong in response speed ,push down the overtake adjust, and the effect is good.This thesis made deep research in fuzzy control theory and simulink in Matlab. During the study, we get abundant information and data, it. will made a good foundation for similar control system .
