单臂架起重机臂架结构动力学研究

【摘要】 港口的日益发展对港口机械的要求越来越高,因此港口装卸机械的设计计算方法需要不断地更新和完善,港口机械向更注重功能性、经济性、可靠性和安全性的方向发展。起重机在工作过程中(如货物的起升、下降过程)产生的动力载荷会对金属结构产生强烈的冲击和振动,对疲劳计算也有很大的影响。起重机动力学问题主要研究起重机在启动和制动或其他工作状态突然改变时系统的振动规律,据此确定系统的动力响应。对于门座起重机而言,臂架系统是起重机主要的承载部件之一,其力学性能对整机的正常运转有着直接影响。随着起重机工作速度和起重量的不断提高,对臂架系统进行动力特性分析非常必要。臂架是受力复杂的重要结构件,本文研究该结构在最大幅度处升额定重量和臂架回转工作这一典型工况下的动力响应。对臂架结构进行模态分析,确定结构的固有频率和相应的主振型。然后通过对臂架结构地受力分析,确定起升钢丝绳拉力、偏摆和侧摆的变化规律,得出臂架结构该工况下的动载变化规律及动载数据,对臂架结构进行瞬态动力计算,得到结构动力响应。对臂架结构的动态响应计算结果中的动位移和动应力进行较深入地分析,为该类臂架结构的动态设计分析提供依据和参考。本文以ANSYS为平台,以MQ518门座起重机臂架结构为研究对象,获得了该结构的有限元模型及其动态响应,得到了一些有用的结论。

【Abstract】 The growing development of the port of Port Machinery increasingly high demands, Therefore port handling machinery design and calculation methods need to constantly update and improve port machinery to the more functional, economy, reliability and safety of direction. Crane in the course of their work (such as cargo lifting, drop process) dynamic load the metal structure will have a strong impact and vibration, fatigue calculations are greatly affected. Crane Dynamics main crane up and brake work or other sudden changes in the state system of vibration rules , which determine the dynamic response of the system. For portal cranes, jib crane system is the main one of the bearing components, mechanical properties of the normal functioning unit has a direct impact. With cranes working with speed and the weight of rising right jib system for dynamic analysis is necessary.The jib is complicated by the power structure of the important pieces, This paper studies the structure of the Department or the most significant weight and rated Jib Rotary condition of the typical dynamic response. Jib structure of the modal analysis, the structure of the natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration mode. Then the jib Analysis of the structure to determine hoisting rope tension, migraine and placed side facing the changes, come to the jib conditions of the dynamic changes in the law and dynamic data, the jib structure transient dynamic, be structural dynamic response. Jib structure of the dynamic response results of displacement and stress for a more in-depth analysis Jib structure such as the dynamic design analysis provide a basis and reference .Based on ANSYS, this paper obtains some useful conclusion about parametric modeling in structure finite element analysis and its dynamic response analysis for the study of jib structure of MQ518 crane.
