基于案例推理在价值评估中的发展

【摘要】 随着现代科学的高速发展和产品个性化的需求,产品价格的数值和报价速度对生产商最终能否获得定单起到了决定性的作用。对产品的报价不仅可以激活企业内部的生产活动,而且也能在供销链中产生一系列的行为。这篇文章主要研究如何基于案例推理以便进行快速的价格评估。这些为企业提供了理论支持和实践指导。本文介绍了基于案例的知识管理系统,这套系统结合了本体论和基于案例推理的理论来实现对知识的监督和管理。为了帮助读者理解对新产品进行价值评估的实现过程,本文首先提出了研究的问题并进行了分析。产品价值评估系统涉及到逻辑物料清单的概念。逻辑物料清单不仅能够定义独立于产品结构和数据结构的部件兼容性,而且也可以在对顾客问价进行响应之后对变体进行定义。当我们建立相关的存储库的时候,我们需要使用基于案例推理的理论去决定部件生产中最适用的资源,而不需要对存在部件和新的部件进行精确的属性匹配。在实际的应用中,逻辑物料清单欠缺对实体进行行为表述的能力,而本体论正好可以弥补这个缺陷。本体论不仅应对不同的使用者创建了一个标准的框架,而且发展了系统间的兼容。我们随后对新产品和现实产品的相似性评估算法进行了比较和选择,这些有利于对各种条件进行分类并能够获得更加精确的结果。最后,我们将理论与实际结合建立了基于案例的知识管理系统,这套系统提出和分析了相应的解决方案,并在Visual.Net的环境中进行编程以实现对电子变压器价格的评估。基于案例的知识管理系统具有以下特征:(1)系统构建了产品结构,资源需求以及价格间的关系模块,解决了用数学公式来描述的局限性。(2)系统为了对案例的相似性进行评估,构建了基于通用算法的快速成本评估模块。(3)系统定义了使用者的权限并且建立了统一的知识管理框架。

【Abstract】 With the highly development of modem science and consumer individuation has been required, respond speed and amount of price have greatly influenced upon whether producers can obtain order for goods. Notifying price not only can activate many productive activities in enterprises, but also can result in a series of action for providing chain. This paper mainly researches on case-based reasoning for rapid cost estimation in order to provide theory and practice instruction for enterprises.This article introduces Case Knowledge Management System that combined ontology and cases-based reasoning to supervise knowledge. In order to help readers comprehend the process and realize cost estimation of new products ultimately, this article puts forward the problem at first.System of cost estimation refers to logical bill of material (BOM). Logical BOM can define the compatibility of parts which is independent of product structure and data structure. Moreover, it allows defining variable entities of product after the respond to inquiring price of clients~ When we establish relative memories, we need use case-based reasoning for deciding the most suitable resource of parts production without accurate matching of properties between existing cases and new part.In practice, logical BOM is lack of expressing the behaviour between two entities. Ontology is useful to resolve this problem. It sets up a normal framework for different user and improves the compatibility of system.Afterwards, we select the arithmetic of similarity evaluation between existing part with new one. That is beneficial to classify each condition and obtain more accurate results. At last, we estimate the cost of electronic transformer combining with these theories above. It tests and analyses the corresponding solution basing on a system that programmed by Visual. Net.Application of case knowledge management system:(1)It constructs relation module of product configuration, resource requirement and cost, resolves the limit of describing by mathematic formats.(2)It builds module of rapid cost estimation and common arithmetic in order to evaluate the similarity based on cases.(3)It defines the limit of authority and set up universal framework for knowledge management.
