【摘要】 TD-SCDMA终端综合测试仪是一种对TD-SCDMA终端设备进行全面测试的仪器，它有三种测试模式：手动测试模式、自动测试模式和编程测试模式。自动测试模式是为了提高生产线上整机的测试效率而开发的。本文是在自动测试模式开发的基础上完成的，详细阐述了自动测试模式的设计与实现的过程。自动测试模式由测试配置管理程序和测试执行管理程序两部分组成。测试配置管理程序主要任务是响应用户的操作，接收用户对测试方案的定制，并保存定制好的测试方案以便再次调用，启动／终止测试的执行，监控测试执行的过程，管理测试报告；测试执行管理程序主要任务是执行测试，并生成测试报告。本文的结构如下：第1章简要介绍了TD-SCDMA系统采用的关键技术和性能特征，以及本论文的主要工作内容和章节安排。第2章介绍了TD综测仪的整体层次结构，包括硬件架构和软件架构，重点分析了软件架构中的自动测试模式的开发背景、理论基础和程序结构。第3章结合TD-SCDMA终端测试协议分析了自动测试模式中测试项目确定的依据，整理出了各个测试项目对应测试环境的关键参数，根据这些参数，确定了自动测试模式中所有测试项目的分组情况。第4章分两个部分详细阐述了测试配置管理程序的设计和实现。第一部分结合自动测试模式程序的主要界面阐述了其具有的功能，第二部分阐述了主要功能模块和程序结构的设计与实现过程。第5章详细阐述了测试执行管理程序(测试序列)的设计和实现，分析了自动测试的详细执行流程，对其中关键子流程的设计与实现进行了详细分析。第6章论文回顾了整个自动测试模式的开发过程，总结了系统的不足之处，并且提出了系统有待进一步改进和完善的地方。更多还原

【Abstract】 TD-SCDMA Wireless Communication Test Set is an instrument that tests terminal equipment fully based on TD-SCDMA communication standard, and it has three test modes: Manual Test Mode, Auto Test Mode, and Programmable Test Mode. Auto Test Mode is designed for improve the efficiency of UE test on product line.This paper was completed on the base of the development of Auto Test Mode, and it introduced the design and realization of Auto Test Mode. Auto Test Mode consists of the program of Test Configuration Management and the program of Test Execution Management. The task of Test Configuration Management is to respond the actions of the user, to receive the customization of the test precept by the user and save it on the Test Set, to execute/abort test, to monitor the progress of the whole test, and to manage test report; the task of Test Execution Management is to execute test sequence, and to generate test report.The structure of this paper is as follows:Chapter one introduced the core technologies and the characters of the TD-SCDMA system briefly and the mainly content of this paper, then recommended every chapter arrange of this paper.Chapter two introduced the whole architecture of the TD-SCDMA Wireless Test Set including the structures of hardware and software. Secondly, analyzed the research background, the theory and the structures of Auto Test Mode, which is one part of the software.Chapter three, with the protocol of the TD-SCDMA terminal test, analyzed the basis of the partition of test items. Secondly, listed the pivotal parameters of the test environments of all test items, and according to these parameters, introduced the groups of all test items of Auto Test Mode.Chapter four divided into two parts to introduce the design and realization of Test Configuration Management. First part introduced the functions of Auto Test Mode by the interface of Test Configuration Management; second part introduced the design and realization of the modules of the functions and the structures of the program.Chapter five introduced the design and realization of Test Execution Management (Test Sequence). Secondly, analyzed the particular flow of the auto test execution, and introduced the design and realization of the pivotal flow.Chapter six reviewed the development process of Auto Test Mode, summarized the systematic weak point, and put forward the advice on improving and perfecting the system.更多还原
