车载式一体化高效除油装置中的控制系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 人类只有一个地球,随着工业的发展,污水的排放量与日俱增,对环境的危害日趋严重。含油污水的污染,近年来也越来越受到人们的重视,并被环境保护部门列入主要治理的工业污染源之一。首先就课题的背景、来源和意义,以及污水处理自动控制现状作了简要的说明。再对车载式一体化高效除油装置的各组成部分的功能和工艺要求进行了较为详细的阐述。然后对车载式一体化高效除油装置中混凝罐液位的控制,粗粒化罐的液位控制和装置的过滤速度控制进行分析,这三个控制都是典型的工业过程控制系统,采用工业过程控制中广泛使用的PID控制就可以取得较好的控制效果。对出水水质的控制,因为污水处理工艺流程中影响出水水质的因素很多,用传统的控制方法效果不是很理想,故采用智能控制技术,模糊控制是智能控制的主要分支之一,本文采用模糊控制来实现投药量的智能化控制。从而保证装置运行的高效、稳定、经济。接着对车载式一体化高效除油装置的控制系统分硬件、软件两大部分进行设计。硬件部分:采用工控机—中间层(主控单元)—现场执行机构的3层结构,简单介绍了工控机和现场执行机构,重点介绍了中间层,中间层由五种模块组成:数据处理控制模块,开关量输入模块,开关量输出模块,模拟量输入模块和模拟量输出模块。模块所采用的器件、电路框图、部分电路原理图都做了细致的介绍;软件部分:分上位机界面,嵌入式软件两部分进行介绍。上位机界面采用MCGS软件编写。嵌入式软件部分重点介绍了数据处理控制模块的软件,由于数据处理控制模块要处理的任务较多,为了使程序设计简单高效,在数据处理控制模块处理器中移植了uC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统,数据处理控制模块中的主要任务也给出了流程图,对输入输出模块的程序框图做了简单介绍。最后对论文所做的工作进行总结,并对进一步的研究提出自己的看法。

【Abstract】 There is only one Earth in the world. With the development of industry, discharge of sewage increases steadily, the damage to the environment become more and more gravely. And now, People pay more attention to the pollution cased by sewage which contains oil. The environmental protection branch takes this sewage as one of the main industrial pollution source.First, this paper introduces the background, the source and the meaning of the project, and the present situation of auto control using in sewage treatment, then particularly illuminate the function of each part of the device, and the technological requirements.Then, analyze both control of water position of the coagulation& precipitation jar and coalescence jar and control of filtrate rate of the whole device are typical process control system, the wide used PID controller has been proved to an excellent controller. For control the outer water quality, because there are many factors affecting the water quality. It is inefficient to using the tradition control method. The Fuzzy Controller Technology is one main part of The Intelligent Control Technology, In order to make the system run intelligently, stably, economically and efficiently, using the fuzzy controller to control the medicament quantity.Then, design both hardware and software for the device. For hardware, control system adopts three-ply structure "industry computer-mesosphere (main control unit)-the field executed device". Giving a brief introduce of the computer and the field devices. Then focus on the main control unit, it is composed of five models: data process and control model, digital signals input model, digital signals output model, analog signals input model and analog signals output model. The paper explains the components, the circuit frame, and the principle of some circuit of each module in detail. And for software, introduce two parts: interface and programs of the embedded processors. The interface was written using MCGS. The embedded program, in order to make the program of data process and control model run simple and high-effect, uC/OS-II OS has been transplanted, gives the program frame of the Input and Output models.Finally, summarizing the work done in this paper, and giving some ideas for the future research.
