自动离合无级变速器性能试验台模拟装置及测控系统研究

【摘要】 自动离合无级变速器是轻型摩托车传动系统的重要组成部分,也是摩托车至关重要的安全性装置,其质量高低、性能好坏是摩托车行车安全的重要保障,直接影响摩托车行驶的可靠性。因此检测自动离合无级变速器的工作性能就显得尤为重要。我国摩托车行业在自动离合无级变速器性能检测方面一直缺乏专门的模拟试验设备,为了适应摩托车行业对检测设备模型化和智能化的需求,满足自动离合无级变速器在试验室里进行性能模拟测试的需求,本论文结合企业实际科研课题,设计开发了“摩托车自动离合无级变速器性能试验台的模拟装置”。本论文主要进行了以下研究工作:探究了摩托车自动离合无级变速器的结构与原理,对其工作特性进行理论分析与研究,基于小型化、智能化和实用化的设计目标进行机械、电气与自动控制的设计,搭建了传感检测平台,以完成对自动离合无级变速器性能的模拟检测与控制。具体的研究工作有:(1)在综合分析摩托车自动离合无级变速器的结构组成和工作原理的基础上,综合已有的摩托车自动离合无级变速器性能试验台的优点,克服其弊端,开发出了摩托车自动离合无级变速器性能试验台的模拟装置装置。(2)用CATIA软件进行了摩托车自动离合无级变速器性能试验台模拟装置机械部分的开发,并对试验台进行了部分结构的模拟仿真。利用CATIA的工程图功能并结合AUTOCAD完成了摩托车自动离合无级变速器性能试验台模拟装置的图纸设计。(3)选择传感器,用Protel DXP软件设计了传感器信号调理电路与系统测量控制电路,搭建了试验台的模拟测控平台。摩托车自动离合无级变速器性能试试验台模拟装置的开发综合运用了计算机技术、机电技术、测试技术,它的完成将指导摩托车生产制造企业的自动离合无级变速器的实际生产、检验、测试,也可以为高校、科研院所、科教展览提供教学仪器、模拟装置,为摩托车行业自动离合无级变速器的生产、测试提供经验教训。

【Abstract】 Automatic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission ) clutch is an important component of light motorcycles, it is also a very important safety guarantee of the motorcycle’s transmission system. So the quality of automatic CVT clutch will direct influence motorcycle drive reliability. Therefore, test the automatic CVT clutch working performance is especially important.Our country’s motorcycle industry has no specialized simulating equipments to test working performance of motorcycle automatic CVT clutch. In order to adapt the motorcycle profession to the check-out facility simulation and the intellectualized demand,and to adapt the requirements of testing a automatic CVT clutch of the motorcycle in the laboratory. I have designed a ’mechanical simulating tester for automatic CVT clutch of the motorcycle’.This thesis mainly carried on the following research work: Go deep into the structure and principle of the automatic CVT clutch, carry on the theories analysis and study of it’s working characteristic, then to make a small, intelligentize, practicality simulating tester based on the mechanism, electric and autocontrol structure design, which can do all the tests the national standard requests. The concrete research work has:(1) In the generalized analysis motorcycle automatic CVT clutch structure composition and principle of work, and on the basis of absorption the Original automatic CVT clutch performance test platform merit, overcomes its malpractice,I designed the motorcycle automatic CVT clutch mechanical analogy model performance.(2) With CATIA, I designed a ’mechanical simulating tester for automatic CVT clutch of the motorcycle’, and has carried on thepartial structures simulation to proven the test platform structural design rationality and the feasibility. And unified AUTOCAD using the CATIA engineering platfunction to complete the motorcycle automatic CVT clutch test platform mechanical analogy model blueprint design.(3) Choosed sensors, designed the electric circuit of sensor signal recuperation and the electric circuit of system survey control with Protel DXP, and finally I built the test simulation control platform.The completed of this simulating tester will provide abundant but detailed scientific data for the actual test of the automatic CVT clutch; It can guide the motorcycle industry’s actually manufacture and test, provide a teaching instrument for the university, graduate school, or the exhibition, and all its working results is a valuable experience for our motorcycle industry.
