【摘要】 科研道德问题是涉及科学研究领域的一个广泛而深刻的受全球科技界普遍关注的历史性课题。科研道德是社会职业道德体系的重要组成部分，它对人们的科研活动起着重要的规范、引导作用，需要广大科技工作者在从事科研活动中共同遵守。然而，在科学已被社会广泛关注和参与的知识经济时代，背离科研道德规范的行为却屡屡发生，且由于其存在的普遍性和危害的深远性，受到中外科学界的广泛关注。本文立足于“黄禹锡干细胞造假案”，结合古今中外科学史上若干科学作伪案例，在厘定科研道德概念、特征和科研道德失范行为特质及其表现形式的基础上，运用科学社会学的相关原理，详尽剖析和挖掘了科学不端行为的深层原因和社会综合因素。事实上，科学活动中道德失范行为的频繁发生，往往既有主体因素的驱使，又有外部因素的诱导。正是二者的交融与互动，致使作伪者有机可乘，屡屡得手。为了找到保持科技道德纯洁和健康、维护科学尊严与科研工作秩序、用高尚的道德规范引导当代科技工作者的科研行为，促成科学良知的回归，从而促进科学技术发展的合理路径，笔者从道德教化、社会调控和科研管理的视野，透过黄禹锡实验室科研人员造假事件的经过，及借鉴国外经验，指出了科学界、学术界及编辑界应从中吸取的教训，并提出了强化科学道德失范行为的几项控制与防范措施，从理论上构筑科学不端行为的防御机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The science research morality is a popular, profound, science and technology-relating and historic subject which attracts much attention in the global science and technology field. The science research morality is an important part of the social occupation morality systems which plays an important role of ruling and guiding the science research activities and the science and technology operators should conform to it in the science research activities. At the age of the knowledge economic age in which the science activities have been paid much attention to and took part in, there are many operations which deviate the science research morality and the Chinese and foreign science circles pay much attention to this deviation because of its universality and far-reaching harm. This paper bases on the case of Huangyuxi cheating on the stem cell research, with several cases in the ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign science history, the theory about the definition and features of the science research morality and the particularities and forms of the science research immorality, and the some relative theories of the science-sociology to analyze and probe into the causes and social factors of the science research immoral activities. In fact, the immorality in the science research activities happens frequently which results from the objective and subjective factors, which provide the opening to the cheater to succeed in their cheating. In order to keep the benign development of the science and technology morality, protect the dignity of the science and the order of the science research activities, use the decent moral rules to guide the science research activities of the modern science operators, and reach the restore of the science conscience to get the reasonable direction for the science and technology development, the writer use the angle of view of the morality humanizing, society regulating and controlling and science research managing with the analysis to the event of Huangyuxi cheating in the stem cell research to point out that the science circles, the academe and the publish department should learn some lessons from these cheating events. At the same time, the writer also point out some controlling and preventive measures and preventive mechanism in theory, which restrain the science immorality.更多还原
