基于OpenJMS和XML的异构数据库集成研究与应用

【摘要】 随着数据库技术的迅速发展,结构不同的数据库即异构数据库之间不能安全顺畅的共享和交换数据成为政府/大企业实现信息集成的瓶颈。特别是电子政务领域,由于存在着不同时期的系统,也就存在着多个异构数据源所形成的“信息孤岛”,它使得各部门之间协作效率低下,难以实现数据共享、数据交换和一致性的保持。此外,一些新的需求如:系统间的协同工作、数据挖掘、对外提供统一的访问入口等难以实现。因此,异构数据库的集成成为数据库应用技术的一个重要研究课题。本文在研究异构数据库之间的信息传输时,为了存储和提取数据,对传输的数据格式进行了统一定义。XML作为一种可扩展性标记语言,自描述性使其非常适用异构数据库之间的数据交换。关系数据库的二维表可以通过构造一个统一的DTD文档映射到XML文档,再通过XML数据转换集成到中心数据库。为降低在异构数据库集成时系统的开销,减少服务器通讯程序开发的工作量,选择使用OpenJMS消息中间件来实现系统数据库和中心数据库之间的消息传递。它支持消息的同步/异步传输、本地事务、消息选择、RMI,HTTP和TCP等传输协议,从而保证了可靠的消息传输、事务和消息过滤。论文主要结合课题湖北省交通科技计划项目《湖北港航电子政务系统》展开,提出了一种基于OpenJMS和XML的异构数据库集成模型。全文以数据交换为中心,对触发器有效实现数据的提取问题进行了深入的探讨,保证了数据的同步更新;对消息中间件技术进行了深入的研究,为消息的发送和接收提供了高效的传输手段,保证了消息的可靠性传输;对数据库映射技术作了深入的研究,将XML文档作为通讯数据的统一标准,利用自定义的标准DTD文档将关系数据库映射到XML文档,再通过XML数据转换集成到中心数据库,保证了系统数据库和中心数据库之间顺畅的数据交换。文章的最后,对该集成模型进行了验证,并将其应用于《湖北省港航电子政务系统》中,达到了预期目的。

【Abstract】 With the further development of dadabase,sharing and exchanging data safely and smoothly between heterogeneous database, which can’t be carried on is bottlelink of government/large enterprise. Especially in E-government filed,for there are systems of different period, there are many heterogeneous data resources called "lone island of information",which reduces the cooperation efficiency between different departments, data sharing、exchanging and consistency are difficult to implement. Besides these, some new requirement, such as cooperation、data mining、providing uniform access entrance are difficult to implement, So heterogeneous database integration is an important subject for researching database application technology.In order to store and extract data, the unified definition of data form is needed, while studying on information transmission between heterogeneous database, XML is an extensible markup language, it can describe itself, which makes it more fit for data exchange. bivariate table structure of RDB can be mapped to XML document via constructing a unifed DTD document. After that, it can be intergrated to centeral database via data transforming of XML data.In behave of decreasing system charge and reducing programming workload on server while heterogeneous database’s intergration, it selects message middleware OpenJMS to realize message transmission between system database and central database. OpenJMS supports synchronous and asynchronous transmission of information, supports local transation and message selection, supports such protocol as RMI, HTTP and TCP/IP, which ensures reliable message transmission、transation and message filter.This paper researchs on the methods of heterogeneous database integration based on Hubei traffic plan of science and technology project "Hubei ganghang E-government system", proposes an integrated model of heterogeneous database based on OpenJMS and XML, the thesis focus on data exchange, trigger used for data extraction is further investigated,which ensures data’s synchronous update;message middleware OpenJMS used for message send and receive is deeply resrarched,which can provide efficient transmission and ensure reliability;database mapping is further studyed,It uses XML document as unified standard to communicate,maps RDB to XML document by DTD document, after that, it intergrates XML data to central database,which ensures smoothly data exchange between systematic database and central database. In the end,it verifies the model and applys the model system to Hubei GangHang E-government System to get the anticipated purpose.
