船模试验中波形测量与波形分析方法及其不确定性研究

【摘要】 目前,武汉理工大学国家重点学科建设的项目之一—船池改造工作已基本完成。按照国际船模试验水池会议阻力委员会(ITTC RC)推荐的不确定度分析方法,对各种误差源在船模拖曳阻力试验测量结果中的影响进行分析,估计出合成误差所引起的试验结果的不确定度,确定对试验结果影响较大的误差源,提出进一步提高测试精度的措施,是必不可少的后期建设工作。这不仅是作为ITTC成员单位应该完成的工作,而且对于从软件方面进一步提高改造后的拖曳水池的试验精度和工作效率,支持重点学科建设无疑具有重要意义。本文首先按照国际船模试验水池会议阻力委员会(ITTC RC)所建议的不确定度分析方法,对船模拖曳阻力试验及不确定度分析结果进行全面的分析总结,得出拖曳水池各测试设备偏差对测量结果的影响,找出影响最大的误差源。对影响船模拖曳阻力试验结果的主要误差源进行分析,并尽可能地改进测试设备与手段,提高测量的精度,以期最大限度地减小测量误差。在波形测量与波形分析的仪器及方法的不确定性分析研究中,进行了兴波波形采集实验,并对实验方法,计算方法和数据进行不确定度分析,确定影响纵切法精确度的主要因素,提出在一定的试验条件下,减少不确定性、提高精度的方案最后,根据以上工作和结果,初步开发出一套波形测量与波形分析系统,以提高有关试验的精度和实验设备的效率。

【Abstract】 Presently, the reformation of the towing tank in Wuhan University of Technology was already complicated. It is part of necessary post-construction work to analyze the influence of various error sources to the resistance experiment, to estimate the uncertainty of test results caused by synthetic errors, to find out error sources which influence the result most and to put forward measures to improve accuracy. The main course of above-mentioned work follows the recommendation by ITTC RC. This work is not only the ITTC member’s duty, but also of importance in enhancing the accuracy and efficiency in towing tank experiment.First, by the uncertainty analysis method which ITTC RC recommended in 2002, an overall analysis and summary on the resistance experiment in towing tank and the result of uncertainty analysis concerned has made to find out the influence of equipment deviation in towing tank test to measurement result and the biggest error margin source. We can make possible improvement, based on this analysis, in test equipment and means to reduce measuring errors.Then, the uncertainty analysis on the measuring method, calculation method and the test data are presented respectively. The main factors which influence accuracy of the longitudinal-cut method in wave-profile measuring test are found out. A scheme to reduce uncertainty and enhance accuracy in given experiment conditions is recommended.At last, employing the result of this research, a system for wave profile measuring and wave profile analysis is developed to improve the accuracy in relevant experiment and the efficiency of equipment.
