高速随动磨床砂轮架的研究

【摘要】 随着现代科学技术的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对居住环境的要求,正在从以往追求居室空间宽大和装饰豪华,向着追求品味、安全、舒适、便捷和智能方向发展。单个家用电器的自动化已不能完全满足人们的需求,家电网络化就成为必然的趋势,于是智能家居、智能住宅、数字家园网络化住宅、家庭网络、数码家庭等概念在国内外被广泛提出,各种新技术在家庭智能化系统中不断得到应用。智能家居是融合了计算机、网络、自动控制、传感等多种技术,并涉及生态、环境、能源等多个领域的综合性系统性工程。除了要满足自动控制的需求之外,还要实现节能,环保,人性化,以及个性化。微电子技术和嵌入式系统技术的发展,使得这一切都可以成为现实。智能的核心是负责控制策略执行的控制系统。控制终端接收来自传感器的信号,并根据控制策略对执行器发送控制命令,从而实现家居自动化。本文阐述了一种实现智能家居的系统结构,以及基于嵌入式系统的家居控制系统的实现方法。嵌入式系统是以应用为中心的硬件设计和面向应用的软件开发为基础的专用计算机系统,广泛的应用于制造工业、过程控制、通讯、仪表、消费类产品等领域。μCos现在已经成为嵌入式市场中发展最快的实时操作系统(RTOS)。它作为一种嵌入式实时操作系统,以其免费开放源代码、面向中小型应用、可强占、可配置、多任务以及较好的移植性等特点,在各类嵌入式设备中得到了广泛的应用。本文首先介绍了智能家居系统的架构、功能和发展趋势;其次在详细论述了S3C44B0X处理器和μCos的基础上,独立完成了基于S3C44B0X和μCos的嵌入式开发平台的家居控制系统的软硬件设计;从硬件角度详细阐述了该设计所采用的各个硬件模块和功能;从软件角度详细阐述了μCos的移植过程和各功能模块的程序设计;其中本智能化家居控制系统还利用无线传输技术手段,克服了有线传输技术的缺陷,通过无线数据通讯模块的收发,实现家居信息报警及对家用电器进行选择性控制;从而最终完成了基于S3C44B0X控制器的软硬件设计。
【Abstract】 The crank is the essential components of motor car engine and other internal combustion engine, the demand is big, the type is multitudinous, the processing precision requests high. Because the crank processing precision plays the decisive role to the engine performance, therefore its processing quality and the processing efficiency directly will affect the automobile product quality and the automobile industry development. The high speed follow-up grinding to enhances the production efficiency, the enhancement processing surface quality has the remarkable effect, is the current grinding technology trend of development.This article elaborated the domestic and foreign high speed grinding technology, Especially about the high-speed follow-up grinding technology development condition. Discussed the high speed grinder wheel slide to distinguish between the plain grinding machine wheel slide structure characteristic, its structure performance requirement and its high rigidity support structure design main point.Has carried system analysis on the wheel slide system equilibrium, has analyzed the transient equilibrium of rotor and on line equilibrium of grinder wheel high with emphasis. Through the analysis, the SBS equilibrium system solves the wheel slide system balance question best plan. And has conducted the system research to the wheel slide main axle supporting system, has analyzed the high speed bearing with emphasis, the main axle rigid question.Studies the engine bed with the finite element method the dynamic performance is current optimizes and improves the engine bed structure, the design development engine bed new product modern design method, but highspeed grinding high speed and the high dynamic performance requirement needs so. This article has established the wheel slide dynamics model in the analysis wheel slide design criterion foundation. Uses general finite element software ANSYS, has carried on the modality analysis, the harmony response analysis. Proposed according to the analysis result the wheel slide improvement design proposal, caused the grinding wheel center to respond along the horizontal direction displacement reduced a number magnitude.The research of high speed follow-up grinder wheel slide, has provided some valuable mentalities for our country engine bed profession in the high speed grinder development aspect, this regarding domestic in lacks the material in the high-speed grinding research aspect in the situation to have the extremely important reference value.
