仓储规划中的仿真技术研究与应用

【摘要】 仓储系统是整个物流系统设计的基础,是货物逗留时间最长,产生成本最多的地方,它是供应和消费之间的中间环节,起着缓冲和平衡的作用。仓储规划得是否合理会直接影响着整个物流系统运作的效率和成本。仓储规划设计一般有两种方法:一种是解析法,另一种是仿真法。仓储系统中存在大量不确定的随机因素,并且系统各变量间的关系复杂,运用解析方法不能很好地建模与分析。仿真被认为是处理复杂仓储系统中随机变量的有效方法。本文主要是研究仿真技术在仓储规划当中的应用,并通过编写仿真程序来帮助相关人员进行辅助决策,论文完成的主要工作如下:(1)仓储规划过程中所涉及到的相关问题,如安全库存、经济订货量、随机数产生等问题。主要介绍了安全库存意义、经济订货量理论的含义,对各种分布的随机数产生方法进行说明并给出了程序实现。(2)仓储规模确定仿真。首先介绍了传统的仓库规模确定方法。针对传统方法的缺点,我们可以通过计算机仿真的方法得到仓库的最佳规模:通过构建仿真模型,对所建仓库的运作过程进行逐步模拟,按照实际运作过程中的成本计算方法对仓库运行成本进行计算,从而可以很好的结合有库存需求的客户的订货策略,服务水平等因素设计出最合理,最经济的仓库规模来。(3)仓储产品库存策略的仿真。在分析了库存系统控制策略的基础上,利用事件调度法,主要对考虑顾客等待期的随机性库存系统的存储策略优化进行研究,构建了仿真模型并实现了仿真的算法。论文完成了仓储规划仿真软件的总体框架设计和部分核心功能的开发。最后进行了一个实例分析,通过仿真结果可以直观看出不同的存货策略对货物存储成本的影响,从而可以选择最合适的库存策略,然后在总结全文的基础上对该研究进行了展望,提出了今后工作的重点。

【Abstract】 The warehouse is foundation of the logistics system’s design, it’s the place where the cargos spend most time and money in it, supply and consume are linked together by warehouse which is responsible for the buffering and balance. The reasonability of the stock system impacts the efficiency and cost of the logistics system directly.Two methods are used in design of stock system usually: one is analytics, another is computer simulation. Many uncertain factors with stochastic properties and complicated relationships exists in the stock system, so it is hard to model and analyze the stock system using the analytic methods. Computer simulation is known as an efficient method for dealing with stochastic variables in the stock system.The main purpose of this paper is researching the usage of simulation method in the storage system design and helping decision-maker designing their storage system by programming .The main jobs done in this paper are as follows:(1) The related questions involved in the design of storage system, Such as safety-stock ,EOQ, random number and so on. We introduce mainly the meaning of safety-stock and EOQ theory the methods of creating some kinds of random number and how to program for these number.(2) Computer simulation used in dimensions decision of warehouse, firstly, i introduce the analytic methods used in dimensions decision of warehouse. For the shortcoming of analytic methods ,we can get the optimal dimensions of warehouse by computer simulation: we simulate the running process of warehouse by modeling the storage system, calculate the cost of warehouse in this process, so that we can design the most economic dimensions of warehouse considering the order policy and serve level of consumers who have cargos in warehouse.(3) Computer simulation used in inventory policy. The research base on the analyse for the control policy of inventory system. Considering the factor of time-limited consumer, we research optimal inventory policy of the stochastic inventory system by events-attemper methods, model the inventory system and complete the arithmetic of simulation.In this paper, the whole structure of the storage system simulation software is designed and some key function modules are developed. At the end of this paper we analyse a example, we can know how the different inventory policies influence the cost of cargos by analysing results of simulation, and then ,we talk about the prospect of this research after summarizing the full text and bring forward the key points of research in the future.
