碳纤维增强复合材料加固混凝土板的理论研究

【摘要】 建筑结构加固研究与实践已有几十年的历史,且在许多混凝土工程的加固实践中,积累了丰富的经验,并逐步形成了增大截面法、粘钢加固法、预应力加固法、改变传力途径加固法、喷射混凝土加固法、化学灌浆加固法等加固方法。二十世纪八十年代以来,碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)开始用于混凝土结构的加固,碳纤维复合材料由于密度小、强度大、施工方便,因而在结构加固领域获得了广泛的应用。但国内外研究者的研究主要侧重于碳纤维加固后梁的抗剪性能、抗弯性能的研究以及碳纤维加固柱的抗剪性能和抗震性能的研究,而对混凝土结构中的板论述较少。本文主要进行了碳纤维布(CFRP)加固混凝土板的承载力研究,在理论分析的基础上提出了实用的计算公式。论文共分四部分,具体内容如下:(1).介绍了混凝土板的设计理论—塑性铰线法,并对各种支承情况下板的破坏模式进行了分析,在此基础上,利用虚功原理,推导了四边固支双向板在极限荷载作用下的承载力计算公式。(2).根据CFRP加固板的破坏机理,提出板加固的理论—塑性铰线法,并推导出各种支承条件下板加固后的承载力计算公式。(3).以四边固支双向板为例,利用板加固后的承载力计算公式,分析了不同加固区域对加固后板的承载力影响。(4).建立四边固支双向板的有限元模型,通过对比分析加固前后板的变形图、裂纹分布图、应力分布图,进一步论证了加固理论的有效性。
【Abstract】 Research and practice on reinforcing structure have been carried on for several decades, we have accumulated abundant practical experience in strengthening practice of reinforcing concrete structure, and formed gradually the methods of enlarging column section , pre-tension, bonding steel plate, changing the path of transferring force, jetting concrete and perfusing chemical slurry and so on.Since 1980s’, Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) has been used to strengthen concrete structure, CFRP has the advantage of less density、larger intensity and convenient construction, so CFRP is being used to reinforce structures extensively. However, at home and abroad the research emphasize on flexural performance and shear strengthen of beams strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer, and also emphasize on the shear strengthen and ductility of columns strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP). But fewer papers emphasize on concrete slab . In the paper, flexural strength of slab is studied which is externally bonded with CFRP sheet. On the basis of theory analysis, the calculation method for flexural concrete slab is put forward.The paper is divided into four parts , the results of theory and numerical calculation lead to the conclusions summarized as follow.1) The paper introduce the design theory for concrete slab—yield line analysis ,and analyze the failure type of concrete slab of every support condition . On the basis of analysis, the paper put forward the formula of the ultimate strength for concrete slab with four fixed edges.2) According to failure mechanism of concrete slab strengthened with CFRP sheet, the paper establish the theory for strengthened concrete slab—yield line analysis, and put forward the formulas of the ultimate strength of strengthened concrete slab of every support condition.3) This paper apply the formula of the ultimate strength for strengthened concrete two-way slab, to analyze the effectiveness on the ultimate strength, when we strengthen two-way slab in different range with CFRP.4) The paper establish the finite element model of two-way slab with four fixed- edges, and compare and analyze stress graph and displace graph and crack graph between the slab without strengthening and the slab with strengthening, the results of analysis show that the theory for strengthening is effective.
