基于嵌入式以太网的数据采集系统的研究

【摘要】 随着Ethernet在诸多领域的广泛应用,许多原本独立的设备和系统开始与Ethernet互联,使越来越多的信息资源共享成为可能。基于嵌入式Ethernet技术的数据采集系统就为这种信息资源的共享提供了物质手段。它在工业控制领域有着迫切的需求和广阔的市场,因此越来越多的企业和个人致力于这方面的研究。针对原油管道泄漏检测的实际要求,文中设计了一个基于嵌入式Ethernet的远程数据采集系统。该系统将8位MCU与以太网芯片连接,在MCU上嵌入精简的TCP/IP协议栈uIP及实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ。在执行数据采集任务时,MCU对现场采集的数据进行处理,并驱动以太网芯片将数据发送到远程在线监测系统。硬件部分主要由六个模块组成:信号调理模块、时间校对模块、存储器模块、网络控制模块、WDT模块和电源管理模块。论文分析了嵌入式系统与以太网的连接,并根据该MCU的实际要求,设计了电平转换电路。软件上,根据8位单片机本身资源有限的特点,精简了TCP/IP协议族,包括UDP,ICMP,IP,ARP协议,使之运行在8位单片机上。另外,为了增加系统的可靠性使TCP/IP协议栈更好的运行,课题的程序设计引入了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ。文中详细介绍了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的任务调度机制和移植其到51系列单片机C8051F020的过程及需要注意的问题,以及如何在嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ上嵌入TCP/IP协议栈。在分析了系统的软、硬件部分的基础上,设计了一个网络化单片机数据采集系统。整个系统包含两大部分:数据采集网络和远程PC监测平台。其中,数据采集网络由多个嵌入式远程数据采集终端组成。采集终端所具备的信号采集、数据传输控制和网络传输的嵌入式精简的TCP/IP协议栈uIP都用C语言编程实现。远程PC的软件监测平台构建于LabVIEW开发环境下,模块化地实现了远程终端的管理、网络数据的交互功能。

【Abstract】 Along with the wide application of Ethernet in many fields, a lot of whilom isolated equipments and systems have been joining up with it, which makes it possible that more and more information and resources can be shared. A remote data acquisition system based on the Embedded Ethernet technology supplies the shares with a physical means, and it has exigent demands and promising markets in the industrial control field. Therefore, more and more enterprises and individuals are taking up with the research.Aiming at the practical requisition in oil pipeline’s leakage detection, a remote data acquisition system based on the Embedded Ethernet technology is designed in this dissertation. The system achieves eight bit MCU connection with Ethernet chip, embedded tidy TCP/IP protocol stack uIP and Real Time Opetarion SystemμC/OS-Ⅱ. While it carries out data acquisition, MCU disposes the data and makes Ethernet chip transmission the data to remote inspection system.The hardware mainly comprises six modules: signal procession module, time adjusting module, memorizer module, network control module, WDT module and power management module. The article analyzes embedded system connection with Ethernet chip and designs the circuit of electric conversion which fits the requisition of MCU. According to the character of the 8-bit MCU’s limited resources, we have cut the TCP/IP protocol family(UDP, ICMP, IP, ARP etc.) and made it running on the 8-bit MCU. In order to improve the reliability and ensure the stable running of the TCP/IP protocol stack, the embedded RTOSμC/OS-Ⅱis introduced during the program designing. In the article, we have described the task scheduler mechanism of the RTOSμC/OS-Ⅱand discussed the possible problems which we can meet in transplanting OS to C8051F020, as well as how to embed the TCP/IP protocol stack inμC/OS-Ⅱin detail.On the base of the software and hardware, we have designed a network MCU data acquisition system. The article consists of the data acquisition network and the remote inspection software platform for PC. The network is built up with some embedded remote data acquisition terminals. The control functions of signal acquisition and data transmission in the terminal are programmed with C language, as well as the embedded TCP/IP protocol stacks which uphold data transmission on network. Under the development circumstance of LabVIEW, the inspection platform achieves management of remote terminals, interactive communication of network data.
