一种可调变速机构的设计及其有限元分析

【摘要】 随着现代工业生产技术的不断进步,无级变速器(Continuously Variable Transmission,简称为CVT)作为一种基本的通用传动形式,获得了迅速而广泛的发展,广泛应用于各类工业生产机械中,包括纺织、轻工、食品、包装、汽车、机床甚至仪器仪表等。一般地,按照传动介质的不同,无级变速器可以分为机械式、液压式、电力式。其中,机械式无级变速器以其所具有的许多优点在国内外应用同益广泛。它主要有摩擦式、链式、带式和脉动式等几大类型。其中的摩擦式又分为直接传动式、中间元件式和行星传动式三种。本文综合了摩擦学、有限元分析方面的知识,介绍了一种新型的多滚轮的摩擦传动机构的研究、设计及其验证。表明它除了具有直接传动式中的滚轮平盘式和中间元件式中的钢球平盘式、单滚锥平盘式的综合优点之外,还有上述变速器所没有的在受力更均匀和传动更平稳方面的优点。由于它的大小、型号等可以随着需要形成一系列的产品,因此文中只是举了一个简单例子进行了分析计算和概略性介绍其结构设计。对变速器中的关键部件的受力情况进行了有限元的静力分析和模态分析,数据表明,它除了同时具备上述多种摩擦变速器的优点外,还在于这种变速器整体受力情况得到了改善,以及传动时振动更加减弱的动力学特性;同时在设计中对可能出现的缺点进行了预防性的改进,对其中的关键部件用Pro/E软件设计给出。最后设计了变速器的调节和控制系统,给出了两种手动调节方法,一种电动调节方法,指出了它们各自的特点。对于传动机构中的受力改善部分,包括传动盘,滚轮,轴承则用ANSYS软件加以验证。上述的设计、运动学分析及力学分析情况表明,该设计方案是可行的而且比已有的同类型摩擦变速器有着更多的优点,其结构也更加简单且传动的可靠性更好,因此可以直接应用于实际的生产中并形成一个特定的系列产品。目前该设计专利也正在专利局的审核中。
【Abstract】 With the development of the modern industry technology, continuouslyvariable transmission (Abbr. CVT), as a generally-used transmissionpattern, has been developed in many industrial fields, such as textileindustry, light industry, food industry, packing industry, auto, tooleven apparatus quickly and widely. Generally, according to transmissionmedium, CVT is classified as mechanical type, hydraulic type, andelectric type. Thereinto, mechanical CVT has more and more developedgradually domestically and abroad for its strongpoints. It is mainlycomposed of friction type, chain type, belt type, impulse type. Andfriction type of CVT can also be composed of directly transmission style,medium transmission style and planet transmission style.This paper introduces the study, design and provability of a new typeof multi-rub-disc friction transmission with the integrative knowledgeof tribology and finite element analysis. Besides it has thesecharacters, but also the improving of the whole case of its mechanics.For its design can be changed in size and model according the need, thepaper only takes one simple example to analyse and roughly introduces itsstructure design. Then the key parts in the transmission were finiteelement analysed in static and mode. The results show it has charactersof above transmissions and promoted mechanics and dynamics in movement.At the same time, the design also preventively improves on exisedshortages. At last, the paper tells the transmission’s system of controland adjustment; also two ways of hand-adjustments and one electric wayis given. The paper also tells their each character. For the parts ofmechanics improvement, include transmission disks, rub-discs,bearings, they can be proved by ANSYS software for its mode state.The above design and analysis show that the project is doable and has more strongpoints than the existed friction transmissions; include it hasmore simple structure and higher credibility in motion. So the design canbe directly used in practice production and produce a series productions.At present, the design was in the process of check up in patent bureau.
