【摘要】 道德作为调整人与人之间、个人与社会之间关系的行为规范的总和，是人们在社会生产和社会生活中相互关系的直接反映，与社会结构尤其是经济结构关系密切，因此历史上的每一次大规模的社会变革，道德总是最先受到冲击而发生变化。自1978年改革开放以来，我国社会关系和社会结构发生了深刻的变化，同时凸显我国的道德建设也发生着深刻的历史转型。所以引发我国道德建设领域出现一些新情况、新问题。转型经济促使人们观念更新，催生了一些新的道德观念、道德标准，同时也使一些腐朽、落后的观念和行为死灰复燃。面对这种转型时期道德现象的变化，加强公民道德建设就显得尤为紧迫和重要。形成目前道德现状的原因是复杂的，其中既有客观原因，也有主观原因。我国社会主义转型时期公民道德建设的现状和加强公民道德建设的对策与措施是文章阐述的中心内容，旨在通过对目前公民道德建设存在问题进行分析，从中把握其主流方面，同时积极借鉴国外一些可借鉴的经验和做法，目的是尽快地建立起适应新时期、新环境需要的新道德体系。社会主义市场经济条件下的道德建设应注意的问题很多。笔者以为，只要我们能站在时代的高度，立足现实，用马克思主义立场、观点和方法去分析这些问题，我们就能找到解决这些问题的办法，从而搞好我们的道德建设，使道德在促进社会主义市场经济发展和推进社会主义现代化建设事业中的作用充分发挥出来。更多还原

【Abstract】 Morality is the sum way to regulate the relationship between people and people with society, which is the direct reflection of the relationship come from the social production and living. And the morality is on intimate terms with social system, especially economic system. So morality usually is shocked and become into great changes as each great revolution in the history. Since the Form and Opening in 1978, there has been heavy changes in social relationship and structure, which reflect the change in the moral building. It is that the moral change causes the new problems and issues. The economic change actuates the concept of people, and cause new moral concept and standard, but at the same time, some noaharchaic conception and behavior comes back again. Facing the moral change, it is important and necessary to strengthen the civic moral construction.The reason of forming moral issues is complicated including objective and subjective reason. The main idea of the text is how to strengthen the moral building in the social transformation period. The aim is to set up new moral system to suit the new period and circumstance through analysing the problems, mastering the main trend and learning the abroad experience.There are many problems we should pay attention to the moral building in the social economic phenomenon. If we can stand before the age, root on the reality, and analyse the problem from Marxism standpoint, we will get the way to resolve the problem and give a hand to moral building , which can help us achieve the end aim that use the moral arm to drive our social building.更多还原
