基于同步采样的磁力轴承位移检测系统的研究

【摘要】 磁悬浮轴承由于具有一系列独特的性能,被称为是支承技术的一场革命。在磁悬浮系统中,传感器检测的转子位移信号是控制器对轴承进行主动控制的依据,是整个系统研究的重点和难点之一。本文主要目的是:针对普通涡流位移传感器应用于磁悬浮转子位移测量时所面临的问题,如:各传感器采用独立的振荡源,各通道传感器信号循环采样,各通道都有信号调理电路而且与传感器分离等,设计能够准确有效检测转子动态位移的检测系统。在介绍涡流位移传感器的基本理论的基础上,分析了传感器探头线性特性、温度特性、动态特性的影响因素。从探头线圈Q值对线性特性的影响、探头直径对线性特性的影响、探头线圈电阻对温度特性的影响、激励信号对探头温度特性的影响、检测线圈谐振回路动态响应特性等方面分析并提出制作高质量传感器探头的改进措施。介绍了传感器信号处理模块电路,通过反复实验,实现了用同一振源驱动多传感器,而且对多传感器信号进行同步采样。对电路中的重要部分如:高稳振荡源的设计、检波电路设计、滤波电路设计等都有详细说明。对磁悬浮转子位移检测系统的集成作了一定的探讨,提出了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)集成位移检测传感器,并对其进行了分析和研究。为以后传感器进行多参数检测及智能化打下基础。论文最后在总结全文的基础上,对该项研究的发展进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Active Magnetic Bearings (AMB) have such a lot of advantages that it is called a technology revolution in the bearings. Applying magnetic suspension technique to the bearing, it have a lot of advantages in comparison with other bearing types, for example, contact free, absence of mechanical friction and wear etc. In design of AMB, it is one of difficulty and emphases that active control for rotor according as the signal of displacement.Main purpose of this paper is aiming at the problem of displacement measuring about rotor suspended AMB, such as all sensors drived by vibrators separately, all channels ’signal is samplinged circularly, all demodulation circuits are separated from their sensors and so on, and design a more accurate measuring system.The probe’s linearity, temperature and dynamic characteristics are analyzed base on principal theory of eddy-current displacement sensor, such as the influence of the coil Q value to the linearity characteristic, influence of the diameter of coil to the linearity characteristic, influence of coil resistance to the temperature characteristic, influence of the measuring coil to the syntony loop. Finally, this paper brings forward to the betterment means for making sensor probeThe circuit of signal procession module are introduced. It expounds the important parts, for example, design of oscillatory, design of demodulation circuit, design of signal filter circuit. The key results of circuit debugging are offered . it illuminated that those circuits are consummate for transform displacement signal to rotor suspended by AMB.Finally, it discussed the integration of displacement measuring system for rotor suspended by AMB and put forward a project of integration about more parameter measuring for sensor. The developing trend of AMB in the future is prospected based on the conclusion of the whole article in the end.
