嵌入式智能仪表的设计与应用实现

【摘要】 随着基于TCP/IP的互联网和信息技术的迅速发展,信息互通已经成为信息技术发展的方向,并且在工业网络中在这方面也有了明显的趋势,在商用网络中被广泛采用的以太技术已经逐渐被工业网络所接纳。本文分析和研究了网络控制系统的结构特征,以及嵌入式系统开发的基本方法,介绍了采用嵌入式操作系统和快速以太网的智能节点的基本原理和实现方法,研究并设计了智能节点的硬件和软件以及以太网通讯的实现。智能节点采用基于ARMv5TE的INTEL XSCALE系列处理器的PXA 255为核心,利用其强大的实时处理能力和众多外设接口实现对下位设备的控制,同时利用EVA_C210实现与以太网的连接。软件开发上选用了源代码开放的嵌入式LINUX操作系统作为内核并采用交叉编译开发环境。通过其丰富的外设接口支持和以太网的支持,可以为现场仪表、传感器等设备和远程主机之间实现高速可靠的数据通信,实现高效的分布式处理。
【Abstract】 With the development of TCP/IP based Internet and information technology , information exchanging has been the tide of information technology,and industrual network is also developing this way. This paper has analyzed and studied the structure of network control system as well as developing method of embedded system,And have introduced basal principle and method of embedded intelligent-unit which is based on embeded operating system and fast Ethernet, studied and designed the realization of hardware and software of the intelligent-unit and Ethernet communication. Intelligent-unit’s processor is INTEL XSCALE 255 with the core of ARMv5TE.With its multi-interface and powerful real-time processing ability the intelligent-unit can make connection to many types of i/o devices and its EVA_C210 provide the wayout to Ethernet.The operating system is enbeded linux which kernel code is opened and the development tool is cross compiler. The intelligent-unit can provide a realiable and fast connection between native area equipments and distence hosts.This make it very easy to build intelligent distributed control system.
