【摘要】 党的“十六”大报告中明确提出:“必须把弘扬和培育民族精神作为文化建设极为重要的任务。”博大精深、源远流长的少林拳是中国传统文化中的重要组成部分,是中原文化的独特资源。千百年来它日求精进、自强不息的奋斗精神;除暴安良、匡扶正义的侠义作风;不骄不傲、虚心求教的宽容胸怀;忠君为国、图存社稷的爱国主义,构成了独特的少林精神与教育价值。对大学生的民族精神、爱国主义思想的培养和教育来说无疑是最好的教育素材,也完全符合我国高等教育的需要和要求。在武术这项民族传统体育运动在高校体育系统课程中逐渐走向成熟的今天,按照郑州市政府统一部署的2006年30号文件中关于“结合实际情况,突出地方特色,大力开展少林拳进课堂活动的要求。”代表着中原本土优秀文化的少林拳也应该以一种成熟的姿态进入河南省普通高校,被大学生们所接受和认可。本论文通过对少林拳的起源发展、风格与内容的详细阐述,使人们真正了解少林拳是一种把禅宗、佛教文化、儒学思想蕴于其中,富有悠久中原文化和浓厚的中国传统思想的一项体育运动,不要把它简单的看成是一种身体运动,应该说少林拳是一个庞大的文化体系,同时也是中国传统文化的宝库,具有极其丰富的文化功能和教育价值。本论文以少林拳各个方面的价值为契合点,从少林拳的精神价值、历史价值、技击价值、社会交往价值、育人价值、审美价值、健身价值各个角度分析少林拳在当代高校体育课堂教育中所应体现出的教育价值和育人功能,为少林拳进入高校体育课堂铺垫一条扎实的理论支撑。本文从少林拳的继承与发扬角度,大胆提出少林拳要想更好的发展,走更长远的道路,必须以成熟的姿态进入普通高校体育课堂,被大学生们认可和接受,但在此之前我们必须以独特和审视的眼光,大胆提出传统文化中不可避免的糟粕现象,提炼出真正的精髓文化与当今的文化交流相结合。以此来弘扬民族文化,发展民族传统体育。这对当前高校体育教学改革具有重要的现实意义,本论文以此拟订提出少林拳作为河南省独特的文化资源进入河南省普通高校体育课堂的可行性,与处于教育第一线的体育教师们在体育课程开发实施方面共勉,同时为推进我省普通高校体育新课程改革做出力所能及的贡献。更多还原
