基于战略联盟模式的中国企业发展路径选择

【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来,经济的全球化、市场的动态化、个人需求的个体化与多样化、竞争的白热化趋势日益明显,我国企业的经营环境可谓充满了变数和不确定性。企业为了生存与发展,必须快速敏捷地适应市场,而在资源、时间、知识等条件的制约下,单靠个别我国企业自行独立研究开发、生产、销售等,难以实现新产品上市快、质量高、价格低、服务好的要求,组建战略联盟已成为我国企业必然选择的战略决策。同时随着信息技术和通讯技术等基础设施的普及,缩短了企业在空间和时间上的距离,为企业的联盟合作客观上提供了充分的技术条件。因此我国企业面临与国内外有优势的企业合作的强烈需求。本文借鉴前人关于战略联盟理论的研究方法和研究成果,运用理论归纳、逻辑演绎的分析手段,从宏观和微观两方面对战略联盟的基本理论、运行机理进行分析,以期对战略联盟模式在更高的层次上有更加深入的认识。同时在实证分析的基础上,通过探讨战略联盟在企业发展模式中的作用,提出了战略联盟是我国企业发展的一种新的战略力量的观点。并通过对我国企业战略联盟的现状进行分析,指出我国企业在联盟过程中存在的问题,针对问题为我国企业的发展提出了具体的建议和对策。本文共分五章:第一章,介绍论文的研究背景、思路及方法。明确指出战略联盟是一种新的企业合作竞争模式,符合企业发展的客观需求,并会成为企业成长和经营过程中一个比较好的经营模式和发展路径。第二章,研究战略联盟的一些基本特征,包括战略联盟的定义、特征和形式。指出战略联盟是优势企业为了实现某种战略目的所进行的长期合作,具有临时性、战略性、平等性和互补性等特点。并对企业进行战略联盟的机理从产业组织理论、新制度经济理论、价值链理论等方面进行了细致的理论分析。同时论述了战略联盟可以实现单个企业无法达到的许多好处,如优势互补使竞争力增强、实现资源共享以便更好地开拓新的市场等等。第三章,介绍了企业发展战略的三个构成,通过对三种发展战略特点的比较,分析了企业构建战略联盟的优势,提出了战略联盟是企业发展的一种新型模式的观点。同时根据我国企业发展的实际,对我国企业发展战略联盟的必要性和可行性进行了深入分析。第四章,具体从我国企业战略联盟的现状出发,分析论述了我国企业战略联盟发展的特点,并着重从制度、合作层次、合作对象等七个方面指出了我国企业在联盟过程中存在的问题。第五章,在理论上提出了我国企业应该从国内和国外两个方面进行战略联盟的思路,同时从战略伙伴的选择,联盟的设计和谈判、联盟的实施与控制、联盟组织的治理结构四个方面指出了企业在联盟运作过程中需要注意的问题,最后对我国企业如何实施战略联盟提出了对策性建议。
【Abstract】 With the coming of knowledge economy ,with economic globalization, market developments, individuals needs diversification and increasingly obvious intense competition , the operating environment is full of variables and uncertainties. Enterprises in order to survive and develop, they must adapt to the market quickly , In terms of resources, time, knowledge and other conditions which is under the constraints , individual enterprises which is engaged in the research and development, production and sales have found that it is hard to attain new product on the market fast, hard to make need of high quality, low prices and good service requirements of production.Therefore, forming a strategic alliance has become an inevitable choice of strategic decisions. Meanwhile, as information technology and communication technology infrastructure popularied, it shorts the enterprise in space and time from the soil, it provides adequate technical conditions for enterprise Union objective. Therefore Chinese enterprises are faced the strong demand to cooporate with domestic and foreign enterprises .I learn from predecessors on the strategic alliance theoretical research methods and research findings ,by using theory and the logic of analytical tools, from the macro and micro aspects ,I have a good study on the strategic alliance’s basic theory and its operation mechanism, in order to cause people to have a more in-depth understanding to strategic alliance at a higher level .In the empirical analysis, basing on strategic alliances to explore enterprise development, I get out a viewpoint that strategic alliance is a new strategic forces to the development of Chinese enterprises .Through strategic alliance analysis of the current situation. I summed up the problem for chinese enterprises which is in the Union of course, in order to make specific recommendations and responses. This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter, introduce the background, ideas and methods of this paper. Clear that strategic alliance is a new mode of cooperative competition. On the one hand,it can make our objective of enterprise development, on the other is to give us a relatively good business model and development path to the enterprise growth.Chapter II, literature review. review and assessment of the strategic alliance`s basic concepts, features . Have a good research on enterprise strategic alliance forming mechanism from the theory of industrial organization, the new system of economic theory, Value Chain theory; From the practice of enterprises summarized the motivation of enterprises which is engaged in strategic alliance。Chapter III, introduce three components of business development strategy .Put out a viewpoint that strategic alliance is a new strategic forces to the development of enterprises. Analysis the advantages of strategic alliances and effective steps to establish strategic alliances, make an in-depth strategic alliance feasibility as well as the nessisarity analysis to Chinese enterprises, clear that the strategic alliance model is suited to Chinese enterprises conditions.Chapter IV, according to the status of strategic alliances in Chinese enterprises, discuss the strategic alliance`s characteristics, and focus on seven areas to put out the problem in Chinese enterprises Union process.Chapter V, targeting chinese corporate strategic alliance ideas, further give out the problem the enterprise which is in an alliance need to pay attention to, According to Chinese enterprises, give our right proposals on how to make strategic alliance successfully.
