山东省产业集群特征研究

【摘要】 产业集群作为一种新的生产和经营的组织形式,在国内外已被广泛应用。产业集群具有降低生产成本、减少交易费用、减少市场不确定性、提高创新能力等竞争优势。它在内外部规模经济和范围经济的效益下,在提升中小企业的整体和个体竞争力上显示了无与伦比的优势,提升了区域的创新能力和提高了区域整体竞争力,产业集群已经在理论和实践方面取得了巨大的成功。改革开放以来,中国的经济迅速腾飞,产业集群现象显著。山东省的经济发展也异常迅速,并涌现出一大批地理位置集中、产业价值链条长、创新网络健全、产业竞争优势持续强劲的产业集群。本文运用修正后的钻石模型来分析山东省产业集群竞争优势特征和产业集群的特征。通过对山东省产业集群的竞争优势和特征的分析,得出山东省产业集群具有以下特征:集群现象不是十分明显,发展速度快,集群的层次有待于进一步提高,竞争力可持续性不强。山东省产业集群总体上处于快速发展阶段。基于山东省产业集群的特征和存在的问题,提出山东省产业集群的建议性策略,以期为山东省产业集群的发展和竞争优势的获得提供理论和方法的指导。更多还原
