【摘要】 竞技蹦床是一项集竞技性、艺术性、观赏性与娱乐性为一体的高品位、高层次运动项目,具有“空中芭蕾”的美誉,根据田麦久项群理论的划分,蹦床与体操、跳水、技巧等项目同属于表现难美的技能类项目。而我国的体操、跳水和技巧都属于传统的优势项目,因此蹦床在我国开展具有一定的基础和巨大的潜能。20世纪90年代中期,特别是悉尼奥运会后,我国的蹦床运动迅猛发展,竞技水平快速提高,已成为我国竞技体育新的金牌增长点,是2008年北京奥运会有望冲击金牌的潜优势项目。虽然蹦床运动在我国有较好的训练基础和发展前景,但由于这项运动在我国开展的时间还比较短,对蹦床项目的特点、选材、训练规律及方法、管理的认识仍处于摸索阶段,理论研究相对匮乏,科技服务仍待加强。通过现有的资料发现涉及蹦床后备人才的文献很少,到目前为止,仅有许铭的《广东省蹦床后备人才现状与发展对策》等几篇文章,多数文章还只是对赛事、动作、比赛规则以及训练的分析与研究。蹦床与其他的表现难美性项目一样,其训练是一个长期的、系统的过程,涉及科学选材、科学管理、科学训练及良好的物质保障。科学的实施这一过程需要科学的理论进行指导,本文正是基于此目的展开研究的,本研究对我国和山东省的蹦床运动具有一定的理论和现实指导意义。山东省是一个体育强省,但是从1997年蹦床传入我国以来,山东的蹦床运动开展的情况与一些省份相比,不符和体育强省的现状。作为一个体育强省,我们应当在保证优势项目的同时重点发展潜优势项目,争取尽早成为夺取奖牌的项目。本文采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等多种研究方法,分析了山东省蹦床运动后备人才的现状,从选材、教练员的情况及管理体制上找出山东省蹦床运动后备人才培养的不足和差距,并分析了制约山东省蹦床运动后备人才培养的因素,从而提出了一些合理性的建议,为山东省的蹦床运动的发展和强盛提供了理论上的支持。通过研究发现山东省蹦床运动的现状表现为:1.山东省蹦床运动水平在全国处于中游,男子水平总体上高于女子;2.教练员的业务和管理能力有待进一步提高;3.山东省蹦床运动在全省还没有全面开展,仅分布在经济发达和沿海城市;4.山东省蹦床运动后备运动员偏少,高水平运动员水平不高;5.山东省蹦床运动资金投入不足,场地器材匮乏;6.山东省蹦床运动开展的社会化程度不高,社会关注和投入不足;7.山东省蹦床运动人才培养体制和机制不够完善。针对山东省蹦床运动的开展现状及后备人才培养现状,提出发展山东省蹦床运动的对策及建议:1.加大资金投入,增加蹦床训练基地,扩建场地器材;2.加大媒体宣传力度,提高山东省蹦床社会化程度;2.从不同的途径对教练员进行业务和管理培训,提高他们的执教能力和业务水平以及学历结构;3.建立科学的选材、训练、输送机制,提高教练员,运动员的训练积极性;4.加强后备运动员的基础训练,提高优秀运动员的难度,加强完成动作的稳定性及完成质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trampoline is an athletic program with high-quality and high-standard in the modern society. It is golrified as the“aerial ballet”as intergrating athletic, art , appreciation and entertainment. According to the theory of Tian Maijiu,trampoline is also an athletic program showing difficulty and beauty as well as gymnastics, diving, and skills. For our country, the gymnastics, diving and skills are the traditional items with predominance, therefore, trampoline is left to be the most potential item for the further development. Since 1990s, especially the Sydney Olympics, trampoline has developed qucikly in our country and become a potential program to win gold medals, especially for the 2008 Olympics.Althrough it has favorable training foundation and promising future, the development of trampoline still has a lot of shortcomings and limitations nowadays. Take the following as example: The knowledge about the feature, election, training, and management of trampoline is deficient; The research on the theory and literature is quite limited ---- It is very difficult to find out some essays about this potential programs. Most essays are just the analysis about the match, movement, formula and so on. In fact, trampoline is a potential item which needs perennial and systematic training and involves scientific election, management, training, material sustainment and actualization. Based on the above features, the essay describes the related researches and is hoped to be meaningful for the development of the trampoline in Shandong Province and our country.Shandong Province is an advanced province in gymnasium. Whereas the expansion of trampoline in our province is not as good as other provinces, which is not fit for the actuality. As a powerful province, we should expand the potential and new item while ensuring the traditional advanced items. Based on the literature review, questionnaire, interview with the professors, symbolic statistic and Delphi technique ,the essay analyzes the actuality of mothball situation for trampoline in Shandong Province. It figures out the deficiency and disparity existed in the cultivation of mothball players in the election, coaches and management aspects. What’s more, it indicates some reasonable suggestions which can be regarded as the theoretical support for the development of trampoline in Shandong Province.The status in quo for the expansion of trampoline in Shandong Province are as follows: 1. The general level is medium compared with other provinces, male is higher than female. 2. The professional skills for coaches should be improved. 3. Trampoline is only distributed in the developed and coastal cities. 4. The mothball players are not enough; the high-leveled players are not so skillful. 5. The fund for this item is lacking, and the fields and equipments are all deficient. 6. Trampoline has not gained the social attention in Shandong Province. 7. The system for the cultivating of players is not perfect.The essay finally puts forwards several suggestions and countermeasure for the actuality: 1. Increase the devotion of fund and training fields, enlarge the grounds and equipments; 2. Expand the level of socialization for trampoline; 3. Carry out the trainings related with professional skills and management for the coaches in order to improve their capacity; 4. Establish the scientific system for election, training and transporting, enhance the positivity of the coaches and players. 5. Strengthen the fundamental training for the mothball players, increase the difficulty for discipline, and intensify the stability of the movement to improve the quality of training.更多还原
