“3S”技术在西藏阿里机场工程地质勘察中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着我国西部大开发战略的逐步实施,西部高原地区的现有交通条件已成为制约西部经济发展的重要因素之一。为了改善西藏阿里地区现有低等级的交通运输条件,促进其经济和谐发展,保障其社会国民安全,地区政府拟建西藏阿里昆莎军民合用机场。这是继青藏铁路之后国家在西藏的又一重大工程建设项目,同样有着非凡的意义和深远的影响。近年来,“3S”技术的快速发展,为各种类型的工程建设提供了强有力的支持。特别是将“3S”技术与工程勘察相关知识体系综合进行研究。结合实际工程勘察项目要求,借助RS信息获取手段的同步性和先进性,GPS空间定位的准确性和便捷性,利用GIS对空间数据进行存储、查询、分析、处理、显示和输出等方面的优势,在工程勘察中整合“3S”技术的应用方法已被广泛利用。本文针对西藏阿里机场工程地质勘察存在的特殊问题和面临的极大挑战,充分研究了“3S”技术体系构成及最新技术发展趋势,详细分析了在本次机场工程勘察中结合“3S”技术和工程地质,水文地质等多学科专业知识进行工程地质勘察并辅助工程施工设计和决策的可行性和先进性。通过引入“3S”技术手段,圆满完成了对机场区域的工程地质勘察任务,并及时提交了符合要求的工程勘察报告,为整个机场后期的施工建设和运营管理提供了坚实的保障。同时,结合前人的经验和自身勘察的经历体会,摸索出了一套基于“3S”技术的适应西部高原机场及大型工程建设实地勘察的方法和手段。本文认为在西部高原地区地形崎岖,交通不便,自然气候条件恶劣的环境下进行工程勘察和施工建设,完全可以考虑引入“3S”新技术新方法,无论是从时间效率、经济效益、还是社会环境出发,都能够切实体会到“3S”技术的优势所在和其发展的势在必行。

【Abstract】 Along with the implementation of Western Development Strategy step by step, the existing traffic condition of the plateau area in the west has become one of the important restriction for economical development. In order to improve the existing preliminary transportation condition of the Ali area in Tibet, promote its economy harmonious development, safeguard its social national safety, the local government plans to construct the Tibet Ali army-civilian airport. This is another important engineering construction project after the Qinghai-Tibetan Railway in China, it also has extraordinary significance and profound influence.With the fast development of "3S" technology recently, it provides powerful support for various type of engineering construction. Especially, the synthetic study on the union of "3S" technology and the engineer prospecting knowledge system, according to the request of actual project, with synchronism and advantage of the method of the information gain by RS, accuracy and the convenience of the GPS spatial orientation, the superiority of GIS on deal with the spatial data for storage, inquiry, analysis, processing, display and putting out and so on, the technology application method has been widely used in the engineering investigation projects.In view of the special question and enormous challenge in the Tibet Ali airport engineering geology investigation, this paper studied sufficiently the "3S" technical system and the newest technological development tendency, analyzed in detail the union of the "3S" technology, the engineering geology and the hydrology geology and other multidisciplinary professional knowledge in this airport engineering geology prospecting, the feasibility and advantage in help for the project constructing and decision-making. By using the "3S" technical method, we have entirely completed the engineering investigation task in the airport region, and submitted the report of the engineering exploration in time, which provided the solid safeguard for the entire airport in the future construction and the operation management. At the same time, combining predecessor’s experience and own experience in engineering investigation, find out a set of method and means that based on the "3S" technology and adapted to the west plateau airport and the big-scale project construction. The author thought it is necessary for engineering prospecting to import the "3S" technology in western plateau area with terrain rugged, the transportation is inconvenient, the bad natural climatic conditions, regardless of taking into account from the time efficiency, the economic efficiency, or the social environment, all can we deeply realize the superiority and the expansibility of the "3S" technology.
