基于SOPC的数字存储示波器研究

【摘要】 随着电子测试技术的不断发展,测试技术正向自动化、智能化、数字化和网络化的方向发展。其中数字存储示波器作为测试技术的重要工具而被广泛使用于各个领域,同模拟示波器相比具有许多优点,并有逐步取代传统模拟示波器的趋势。目前,国外在数字存储示波器领域的技术已经非常成熟,并且占领了绝大部分的国内市场份额。而国内的数字存储示波器的研制尚处于起步阶段,目前还没有十分成功的产品。本项目来源于同企业合作的开发项目,目的是设计一台具有自主知识产权的数字存储示波器样机。本课题所研制的数字存储示波器基于SOPC技术,由采样系统、中央处理器系统、显示系统、用户交互系统等多个模块组成。其中涉及到信号预处理、数据采集、同步触发、测频、自动控制、数据显示和处理、频谱分析等诸多方面的理论。具有正常采样和滚动采样两种工作方式,通过扫描时基旋钮对两种工作方式进行自动切换,对于低频信号采用滚动采样方式显示,便于用户对波形进行观察,解决了在模拟示波器上只有一个亮点在滚动的现象。另外,本机还具有强大的数据处理功能,能够对数字化的波形数据进行加工处理,实现波形的保存和函数运算。用户交互界面与模拟示波器相似,所具有的改进功能使用户减少了学习时间增加了效率。本课题研制的数字示波器还为用户提供了自动参数测量、光标测量、频谱分析、多种触发方式选择等功能。由于采用FPGA技术,设计中将所有数字部分放在大规模可编程器件内部实现,利用可重构技术,电路设计灵活、调试和维护方便,适合于模块化设计。采用NIOSⅡ作为CPU,增强了本机的信号处理功能,使本机可以迅速地处理和分析大量的数据。这些功能充分地显示了数字存储示波器的优势,也极大方便了用户使用。作为本论文的最终目的是研制出一台高性能便携式数字存储示波器。

【Abstract】 The IP terminal of data acquisition is based on NIOSⅡand FPGA. With the development of the electronic measuring technology, measuring technology is geared to automated, intelligentization and network directions. Digital storage oscilloscope as the important measuring apparatus is widely used in various fields. Compared with analog oscilloscope, Digital storage oscilloscopes is gradually replacing the traditional analog oscilloscope. At present, the technology of DSO advances abroad and occupies a large part of market share in China. In our country, the development of DSO is just in its initial stage and very successful product has not been developed.This research of DSO is based on the SOPC technology, consists of sampling system, CPU system, display system, user interface, etc. DSO covers the theories of signal pretreatment, data collection, frequency detection, automatic control, analysis of frequency spectrum and dataprocessing. It has two working mode of real-time sampling and roll sampling. The two sampling modes can be switched automatically by the timebased turn-button. When observing low frequency signal, we use roll sampling solving the problem with only one spot rolling on the screen of analog oscilloscope. In addition, the system has strong data processing functions and can process the digitized waveform and save sampling data. The DSO provides users with the functions of automatic parametersmeasurement, analysis of frequency spectrum and multi-trigger modes. The user interface is similar to that of an analog oscilloscope, but with improvements that reduce learning time and increase efficiency. The research of DSO offer the auto parameters detection, cursor detection, analysis of frequency spectrum and multi-mode choice, etc to user. Because adopt the FPGA, the all digital design part are realized in the programmable logic device. Because use the rebuild technology, the circuit is flexible, easy to debug and maintain. It’s appropriate to modularization design. Use NiosⅡas the CPU which improve the performance of signal processing, so it can process and analysis mass data of high speed. These functions fully exhibit the advantage of the DSO, also enormously facilitate the user’s use. The goal of this paper is research a high performance portable DSO.
