【摘要】 随着我国农业产业化经营的发展，订单农业作为我国农业产业化经营的一项重要方式也有了比较快的发展。发展订单农业有利于增加农民收入，提高农民的商品意识，加快农业市场化的进程，农业结构的战略性调整，促进农业产业化经营。但是，在订单农业运行过程中还存在一定的风险，这些风险如果得不到很好的规避，将会严重制约订单农业在我国的发展。因此，研究与探讨我国订单农业的运行风险，不仅具有理论意义，而且在实践上也可以指导我国订单农业的发展。本文在对以前学术文献进行全面回顾、总结和梳理的基础上，结合当前我国订单农业发展的现状，探索订单农业运行过程中风险产生的原因与规律，总结不同地区订单农业风险规避的成功经验，并针对不同风险提出相应的对策。全文的主要内容为：第一章绪论部分，简要介绍了本文的选题背景和意义、研究内容、研究方法、技术路线等，并概括和总结了国内外学者对订单农业的研究现状。第二章是订单农业的一般理论内容，介绍了订单农业的概念，理论基础以及发展订单农业的重要性。第三章具体介绍了我国订单农业的发展特点，指出了订单农业中存在的各种风险，并对这些风险现状进行概括总结。第四章全面系统分析了我国订单农业四大风险存在的原因。第五章在上述几章的基础之上，提出了订单农业运行风险的防范措施，最大可能去减少这些风险对订单农业的负面影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the industrialized management of agriculture in China, as a key manner of industrialized management of agriculture, order-agriculture also makes faster development. The development of order-agriculture is helpful to increase peasants’ income, to improve their sense on commodity, to speed the process of agricultural marketing and the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure, to foster the industrialized management of agriculture. However, some risks still exist in the running of order-agriculture, if these risks cannot be well prevented, it will influence its development in our country. Therefore, the research and discussion of the running risks of order-agriculture has not only meaning in theory, but also it has meaning in practice—to provide direction for the development of order-agriculture.On the basis of looking back on, summarizing and sorting for the former academic literature, and with the combination of the present momentum of the development of order-agriculture, this paper probes into the reason and rules of the formation of risks during the running of order-agriculture, it gives a summary of successful experience in preventing risks of order-agriculture in different regions, and it also gives relative countermeasure with regard to different risks. The main contents of the paper are as follows: The first chapter is an introduction. It briefly introduces the background and meaning, study contents and methods, technical route of choosing such a subject to study. The second chapter is about the common theories of agriculture in order form. It includes the concept of order-agriculture, the theoretical basis and the importance of developing order-agriculture. The third chapter introduces the developmental characters of agriculture in order form in details. It lists the risks of different kinds, and it makes a general summary of the present momentum of these risks. The fourth chapter analyses the reason for the existence of the main four risks in agriculture in order form systematically and comprehensively. On the basis of the above four chapters, the fifth chapter provides the preventing measures of the running risks to reduce the bad effects on agriculture in its maximum.更多还原
