【摘要】 投资银行作为活跃于资本市场上的金融中介机构，在现代市场经济和金融体系中发挥着不可替代的作用。它以灵活多变的形式参与资本市场配置，成为资本市场上投资者和筹资者的桥梁，其功能主要体现在构造证券市场、媒介资金供需、促进产业集中和优化资源配置四个方面。现代意义上的投资银行不仅延续了其传统业务即证券承销、经纪业务和自营业务，同时还开辟了许多新的业务领域，如并购业务、风险投资业务、资产证券化业务、项目融资业务、投资咨询业务等。投资银行在积极寻求新的利润增长点的同时，其业务也正朝着多样化、专业化的方向发展。国家西部大开发战略的实施，中国——东盟自由贸易区建立，中国——东盟博览会落户南宁以及北部湾(广西)经济区的开放开发给广西经济发展带来了前所未有的发展机遇。那么作为资本市场灵魂的投资银行，将如何抓住机遇，通过业务拓展来促进广西经济发展呢?本论文通过分析广西投资银行的业务经营现状，寻找制约广西投资银行业务发展的原因，并结合广西的实际情况，提出广西投资银行要想取得长足发展，不仅需要广西政府和监管部门为其提供政策扶持和必要的发展条件，来构造良好的外部环境，也需要投资银行根据自身的实际能力循序渐进的拓展自身业务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investment banks act as financial intermediaries in the capital markets, which play the irreplaceable role in the modern economy market and financial system. Investment banks take part in capital markets disposition by flexible form and work as bridges between fund-raisers and investors in capital market. The major function of investment bank displays four aspects: structure stock market, medium supply and demand of fund, promote industry concentrates and optimize resources disposition.Modern investment banks not only continue their traditional activities, such as underwriting of securities, commissions and self-management activity, but also open many new activities: Merger & Acquisition, Venture Capital, Securitization, Project-financing Loan, Advisory Service, and so on. Investment banks are seeking the new profit field, while their activities develop toward to the way of diversification and specialization.The implementation of China’s Great Western Development Strategy, the establishment of the CAFTA , the CAEXPO settlement in Nanning as well as development and opening up of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi provide the unprecedented opportunity to economic development of Guangxi. How investment bank seizes the opportunities and expand activities to promote economic development of Guangxi, which act as the role of capital market?This article analyzes the present executive situation of investment bank activities, seeks the reason about restricting the development of Guangxi investment bank activities, and unifies the actual situation of Guangxi, to propose that Guangxi investment bank want to obtain the considerable development, which not only need the Guangxi government and the supervision and manage department provide the policy support and the essential development condition for structuring a good external environment, but also need the investment bank depend on its virtual rating to expand its activities step by step.更多还原
