不同活化强度下硬锌渣在盐酸体系中浸铟的动力学研究

【摘要】 本文在综述了国内外关于铟、硬锌渣以及机械活化在湿法冶金浸出过程中的应用等研究的基础上,以0.175~0.370mm和0.121~0.175mm两种粒度分布的硬锌渣为研究对象,采用先活化后反应的方式,用动力学的方法分别研究它们经搅拌磨和行星磨活化后在盐酸体系中的浸铟的动力学规律。通过实验,得到如下结论:①硬锌渣经机械活化后,化学活性提高,反应速度加快,表观活化能和反应级数降低,活化时间越长,降低的幅度越大。对于粒度为0.175~0.370mm的硬锌渣,经搅拌磨活化30min和60min后,表观活化能分别由未活化时的24.51kJ/mol降至13.90kJ/mol和11.40kJ/mol,反应级数由0.39降至0.36和0.22;行星磨活化1h和2h后,表观活化能分别降至17.51kJ/mol和14.67kJ/mol,反应级数降至0.28和0.26。对于粒度为0.121~0.175mm的硬锌渣,分别经搅拌磨和行星磨活化1h后,表观活化能由未活化时的19.33kJ/mol降至14.91kJ/mol和18.01kJ/mol,反应级数由未活化时0.45降至0.40和0.35。②在相同的转速、球料比、活化时间等条件下,搅拌磨活化效果优于行星磨。③经搅拌磨、行星磨活化的硬锌渣粒度明显变细,由粒度变细引起表观活化能降低了7.28kJ/mol和3.59kJ/mol,反应级数降低了0.01和0.02。④较未活化时的硬锌渣,机械活化后的硬锌渣可在较低温度或在活化过程中进行能量交换。

【Abstract】 Based on the summary of the investigations on the leaching process ofindium, hard-zinc as well as the application of mechanical activation innon-ferrous metallurgy, kinetics of leaching indium from hard-zinc withhydrochloric acid with mechanically activation by stirring mill and planetarymill is studied. The subject investigated is hard-zinc, which has two differentpartcle size distribution. From the experiments, conclusions can be drawn asfollow:①Chemical activity was increased and reaction rate was improved afteractivated by stirring mill and planetary mill. For the hard-zinc with particle sizedistribution of 0.175~0.370 mm, after activated 30 minutes and 60 minutes bystirring mill, apparent activation energy was decreased from 24.51 kJ/mol to13.90 kJ/mol and 11.40 kJ/mol, respectively. The reaction order was decreasedfrom 0.39 to 0.36 and 0.22, respectively. After activated 1 hours and 2 hours byplanetary mill, apparent activation energy was decreased to 17.51 kJ/mol and 14.67 kJ/mol, respectively. The reaction rate was decreased to 0.28 and 0.26,respectively. For the other partical hard-zinc with particle size distribution of0.121~0.175 mm, after activated 1 hour by stirring mill and planetary millrespectively, apparent activation was decreased from 19.33 kJ/mol to 14.91kJ/mol and 18.01 kJ/mol, respectively. The reaction order was decreased from0.45 to 0.40 and 0.35, respectively.②The activation effect of stirring mill is better than the one of planetarymill under the same rotate speed, proportion of ball and material, and activationtime.③The partical size was decreased after activated by stirring mill andplanetary mill, which resulted in the apparent activation being decreased 7.28kJ/mol and 3.59 kJ/mol and reaction order 0.01 and 0.02.④Constrast the non-activated hard-zinc, activated hard-zinc can takeplace under lower temperature or in the process of mechanical activation.
