六西格玛在我国中小企业的导入研究

【摘要】 通过20多年来的改革开放,我国涌现出大批中小企业,中小企业已成为支撑国民经济的一支重要力量,具有重要的地位。随着市场竞争日趋激烈和我国加入WTO,中小企业面临巨大的机遇和挑战,如何迎接挑战,在竞争中求生存和发展,是中小企业亟待解决的问题。质量管理被誉为提高企业效益和竞争能力的最佳方法。随着质量观念的转变,企业对质量和质量管理有了新的认识和追求,从质量控制的实施到全面质量管理的开展,以及质量管理体系的应用,使企业在规范管理、强化基础、提高企业管理水平、有效地控制不合格品、降低质量成本等方面,取得了可喜的效果。六西格玛管理法(简称六西格玛),作为目前最先进的质量管理法,是一种以顾客为导向、以数据事实为依据、以改善流程为方向、以企业盈利为目的,形成一种让企业不断追求突破的企业的管理方法。它以最初的统计学的衡量指标,与统计质量相结合,发展出一套严谨的解决问题的方法论和工具,直至形成管理理念,只经历了短短的二十年时间。它在质量改进上的强大功能也引起了中国一些企业的注意,这些中国企业的实施也取得了一定的收益。但是普遍的观点是这种先进的质量管理方法只适合于那些各方面基础较好的企业应用,而并不适合中小企业。本文通过对中小企业实施六西格玛管理法的可行性进行研究,并以典型的中小企业润东公司作为平台,以六西格玛管理法的导入作为一个项目,用项目管理的方法建立六西格玛管理法的导入模型。

【Abstract】 Over the 20 years of reform and opening up, many medium-sized and small enterprises of our country have come forth. They have become an important force, which support national economy, and they also have a dominant status. With the market compete becoming fury gradually and our country entering WTO, medium-sized and small enterprises will face huge opportunity and challenge. How to face the chanllenge,how to exist and develop in compete is the problem for medium-sized and small enterprises to solve.The quality management is regarded as the most important commerce measure that can achieve better economic results and competing ability. With the change of people’s quality management have been made by the enterprises. By implementing quality control and applying an overall quality management, the enterprise is able to strengthen its groundwork, improve the level of management control the defective products efficiently, reduce productive cost and gain economic profit.Six Sigma, the modenest quality management method, is management philosophy of customer focusing, data driving, process improving, enterprises benefiting and breakthrough culture in a corporation. Base on statistical metrics, Six Sigma has developed into a philosophy with a precise methodology and tool-box for problem solving in the past twenty years. Its strong function in quality improvement has drawn some enterprises’ attention in China. The application among these Chinese enterprises has all obtained certain benefit. But the general view is that such advanced quality procedure is only suitable for those enterprise with better foundations of various fields, but not fit for medium-sized and small enterprises.The article is studied by the fact that feasibility implementing Six Sigma to medium-sized and small enterprises, takes typical medium-sized an small enterprises RADIO for the platform, inducts an project by the Six Sigma, establishes Six Sigma process with project management method to induct the model.
