峨眉水泥厂矿山地质灾害评价与施工控制研究

【摘要】 峨眉水泥厂矿山地质灾害严重,已严重影响了生产安全与矿产的充分利用。通过对滑坡及潜在不稳定边坡的工程地质条件以及矿山地质环境调查研究,确定其变形破坏地质力学模式主要为平滑面型顺层滑移—拉裂式滑坡,矿区边坡稳定性主要与该区特定的地形地貌、地层岩性、地质构造、岩体结构、水的作用、爆破振动及边坡形态的改造等因素有关,但主要的影响和诱发因素是边坡采矿开采、爆破振动和连续的降雨。选用加拿大公司开发的GEO-SLOPE程序的SLOPE/W模块建立模型对灾害体的稳定性进行验算。其原理是采用规范推荐的极限平衡法,包括一般条分法、毕肖普法、简布法、摩根斯坦~普赖斯法等计算边坡稳定性以及进行稳定性分析,评价确定为级地质灾害等级,提出了排水、清坡、加固等治理方案。同时对矿山开采施工中,爆破震动影响、诱发边坡不稳定的客观现实,进行系列现场试验和模拟分析,经过回归计算得到其相关因子,确定回归方程,确定任意方向、任意距离在保证边坡稳定条件下的最大单段装药量,从而在爆破施工中参考,提出相应控制措施,较好解决了这个问题。研究过程中,发现了一处新的潜在不稳定斜坡,为矿山地质灾害的系统治理补充了重要资料。研究成果已被矿山单位肯定,并用于开采施工控制以及地质灾害治理实践中,具有很强的现实意义。

【Abstract】 The mine geology disaster of Emei cement plant is serious, and it has seriously affected the production safety and the full use of minerals. Through investigation and study of the landslide and the latent unstable slope, as well as carries on the stable analysis, determine its mechanical deformation and damage geological model for the main smooth-type bedding slip-Tensile landslide. Slope stability of the main mine area and the specific topography, lithology, geological structure, rock structure, the role of water, slope blasting vibration and the transformation of form factors, but mainly the impact and inducing factor is the slope mining exploitation, blasting vibration and continuous rain. Selection of the Canada Development Corporation GEO-SLOPE procedures SLOPE / W module built a model of the disaster - checking stability. Its principle is the standard recommended limit equilibrium method, including the general breakdown of law, Bishop, Janbu. Morgan Stan-Price used to calculate slope stability, and stability analysis. Evaluation to determine grade-level geological disasters, the drainage, clear cutting, consolidation and other governance programs.the article has proposed the government plan.Meanwhile to the mine mining construction , the demolition vibration influence, the objective reality of inducing slope unstable , the article has also proposed the corresponding control measures. In the research process, we had discovered a new latent unstable pitch, and it has supplemented the important materials for the mine geology disaster system government. The research results had been affirmed by the mine unit, and they have been using in the mine construction control as well as the geological disaster governments, The research results are of strong practical significance.
