【摘要】 2004年，我国高新技术产品第一次实现贸易顺差，打破了长期以来的逆差局面。随着我国高新技术产业的发展，中日两国高新技术产业内贸易发展水平也逐步提高。这种现象是以劳动生产率、要素禀赋差异为基础建立起来的传统国际贸易理论所无法解释的。国际贸易理论界迫切需要一种新的理论来解释这一现象，产业内贸易理论应运而生，它是从国家层面和产品层面来解释产业内贸易现象的。中日高新技术产业内贸易水平的提高，表明了我国实行“科技兴贸”取得了一定的成果，分析中日高新技术产业内贸易的影响因素也具有了现实意义。从以往的研究成果来看，国内产业内贸易研究基本上选择在发达国家之间进行探索，本研究则力图从发达国家与发展中国家在某一个产业的层次上，对相关的产业内贸易实际状况进行研讨。日本的科技发达，坚持科技为本，在东亚诸国中处于领先地位。我国也提出了“科技兴贸”战略，旨在以科技带动贸易的发展。探讨中日高新技术产业内贸易状况有助于了解我国高新技术产业的发展水平；同时找出影响中日高新技术产业内贸易水平的主要因素，以及发现中日高新技术产品贸易中存在的问题，有助于更深层次的了解中日高新技术贸易状况，这对改进我国高新技术产业的现状也显得尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2004, china managed to attain a favorable trade balance in high and new technology products trade for the first time. This changed the unfavorable trade situation which has maintained for a long time. Along with the development of the high and new technology industry, the Sino Japanese high and new technology intra-industry trade has also developed a lot. This phenomenon can not be explained by the traditional trade theories which are based on the labor capacity and Factor Endowment. It is very urgent to have a new theory to explain this phenomenon. Then the intra-industry theory appeared. it clarifies the intra-industry phenomenon from the country and products aspects. The development of the Sino Japanese high and new technology intra-industry trade indicates that we have gotten some achievements because of the Strategy of Promoting Trade Development through Science and Technology. It is meaningful to analyze the factors which affect the Sino Japanese high and new technology intra-industry trade.Seeing from the former research results, the local research on the Intra-industry trade is based on the developed countries. This research will take a try to precede the Intra-industry trade between the developed country and the developing country.Japan has the very high-class technologies, its government stick on the technology strategy which makes Japan first in the Asian countries. China also carries out the Strategy of Promoting Trade Development through Science and Technology; it aims at improving the trade through the high and new technologies.We need to analyze the Sino Japanese high and new technology intra-industry trade. It helps to know the development level of our high and new technology industry. At the same time, finding out the main reasons which affect the Sino Japanese high and new technology intra-industry trade; and discovering the problems of the Sino Japanese high and new technology intra-industry trade are very important.更多还原
