福建文化产业发展的核心竞争力研究

【摘要】 当今的世界风起云涌,高科技的迅猛发展、信息化的加快、全球化的脚步使得整个地球异彩纷呈。世界经济也呈现出新的发展态势,文化产业的异军突起当之无愧地成为最引人注目的焦点之一。它诞生在20世纪六、七十年代,最早流行于欧美国家,随后成为风靡全球的一个新兴产业概念,被誉为21世纪的“朝阳产业”。从现实的经济角度而言,文化产业已成为某些发达国家经济发展的重要增长点,是国家发展的支柱产业之一。本文在对核心竞争力、产业核心竞争力及文化产业等理论研究的基础上,建立文化产业核心竞争力的基本理论框架。从福建省文化产业发展的宏观背景及现状分析入手,选取国内五大文化省(市)作为横向比较的对象,同时对福建省省域内的泰宁县进行实地调研与考察,应用所提出的文化产业核心竞争力理论进行实证分析,最后对培育与构筑福建文化产业核心竞争力提出自身的战略思考及若干对策建议。全文分为8个部分。第一部分,对本文的研究背景、研究目的及所采用的技术路线进行简要介绍;第二部分,着重分析核心竞争力及产业核心竞争力的理论前沿,并加以评述。第三部分,在解构文化产业理论的基础上,提出文化产业核心竞争力理论,深刻分析其基本内涵及其支撑体系。第四部分,基于我国对文化产业的界定及统计口径的差异,重点选取了国内的北京、上海、广东、湖南、云南五大省(市),以福建为出发点,从比较优势、发展态势、核心特质等方面对其文化产业的发展进行了比较与评价。第五部分,将眼光转向福建省,首先,考察福建的政治、经济、科技等宏观环境;其次,对福建文化资源状况进行详细的考量,并用SWOT方法对当前福建文化产业的开发进行综合分析。第六部分,选取省域内的一点,即以泰宁县文化产业的旅游文化开发战略为例,应用文化产业核心竞争力的基本理论框架,对福建文化产业核心竞争力进行实证分析。第七部分,在横向比较、实证分析及对福建省宏观环境、现状分析等基础上,提出对构筑福建文化产业核心竞争力的战略思考,阐述三大法宝,即闽学文化的传播与弘扬、建立文化产业集群的模式选择及创建海峡文化创意产业带的区域提升。第八部分,对培育福建文化产业核心竞争力提出若干对策建议。
【Abstract】 The world is having the huge change. The rapid development of high-tech industry, information industry speeding up and the fast pace of globalization,etc. All these make the earth extraordinary splendor. The world economy also presents the new situation. The appearance of cultural industry certainly become one of the most noticeable focuses. Cultural industry was born in about 1970s, which was early popular to the Europe and America. The it became one global concept of new industry in the world, and it was named by the "the Sunrise Industry" in the 21st century. In the view of the actual economy,we find that cultural industry has become the important growth spot in certain developed country and one of the national pillar industries.Based on the theories of core competitive, industrical competitive, cultural industry, and so on, the article establishes the theorical frame of core competitive in cultural industry.Obtains from the analysis of the macroscopic background and the present situation of Fujian cultural industry, we select five typical provinces in China to have a transeversal comparison.After investigating and studying TaiNing town in Fujian, it applies the theory of core competitive in cultural industry to have a real diagnosis analysis in developing TaiNing’s cultural industry. Finally, the article puts forword the strategic ponder of how to cultivate the competitive of Fujian’s cultural industry.The full text is 8 parts. Part I ,it introduces briefly research goal, research background, research method,and so on.. Part II, it analyses emphatically the basical theories of core competitive and industrical competitive. Part III, based on cultural industry theory, this part brings forward the theory of core competitive in cultural industry, analyzing the theory’s fundamental meaning and supporting system. Part IV, because the statistical caliber of cultural industry in China is different from other countries, in the view of Fujian, the part selects five domestic provinces, i.e. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Hunan, Yunnan to have a comparison and judgement of cultural industry on some aspects, such as comparative advantage, developing situation, core speciality, etc. Part V,to Fujian,the part firstly inspects Fujian’s macroscopic environment including its politics, economy, science and technology. Secondly, it appraises Fujian’s cultural source in detail and uses "SWOT" method to analyse in general the development of Fujian’s cultural industry. Part VI, selecting one town of Fujian, that’s to take the development of TaiNing’s cultural industry,especially to the cultural of tour industry, this part uses the theorical frame of core competitive in cultural industry to make a real diagnosis analysis in Fujian’s cultural industry. Part VII, by transeversal comparison, real diagnosis analysis, the analysis of Fujian’s macroscopic environment and situation, this part put in the strategitical constructions on fostering core competitive of Fujian’s cultural industry. It sets forth three trumps.The first is to spread and carry forward the spirit of "Min" study.The second is to build up the cluster of cultural industry. The third is to create the Strait belt of cultural and originality industry. Part VIII, it puts forward several proposals and countermeasures.
