【摘要】 产业集聚是在全球化的背景下发展起来的，它是一种地理集聚，是“在某一特定领域内相互关联的，在地理位置上集中的公司和机构的集合”。20世纪90年代，产业集聚理论引入中国，随后我国一些地区也出现了产业集聚，如在长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、环渤海地区都出现了产业集聚。产业集聚一般指工业集聚，而工业的核心是制造业。制造业是增强国家或地区竞争力的基础，是衡量一个国家、一个地区经济综合实力和科技发展水平的重要标准。因此本文主要从山东省制造业现状着手，通过一定的产业集聚指标体系，对山东省制造业产业集聚作实证分析，发现问题，并提出建议与对策，希望能给有关方面提供参考价值。论文首先较全面地回顾了国内外的有关产业集聚的理论，在分析、评述、总结这些研究成果的基础上，发现现阶段产业集聚存在的问题；其次，从现有产业集聚指标出发，构建新的产业集聚指标体系，提出对产业集聚定量研究的综合分析方法；最后以山东省为例，把这套指标体系及定量研究综合分析方法应用到山东省制造业产业集聚的实证分析中，分析山东省以及半岛城市的制造业产业集聚发展趋势，存在的优势产业，产业地方专业化程度，影响产业集聚的主要因素等，并提出今后产业集聚发展的建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial cluster has got a fast development with globalization. It is a geographic concentration "the geographical concentration of interrelated companies and organizations in a particular area." In the nineties of the 20th century, industrial cluster theory was introduced to China. After that there are industrial clusters in some regions of China. Yangtze River delta, Pearl River delta, Bohai delta has formed step by step the industrial cluster.Industrial cluster generally refers to industrial agglomeration, and manufacturing is the core of industry. Manufacturing is the basement of the regional and country’s international competitiveness. Based on a theoretical analysis of industrial cluster, several indices are designed to measure the agglomeration degree of manufacturing industries, the author makes an experimental analysis on agglomeration of manufacturing industries of Shandong Province. It puts forward the countermeasures for promoting the development of manufacturing industries cluster. So that it can provide valuable reference.The paper first gives comprehensive review of the relevant domestic and international industrial cluster theory. On the basis of analysis, comments and conclusions, the author tries to find the problem of industrial cluster. Secondly, the author designs a new index system of industrial cluster according to the existing industrial cluster indicators. At the same time, the paper brings out comprehensive analysis methods of quantitative researches of the industrial cluster. Finally, taking Shandong Province for example, the author constructs the index system and quantitative analysis methods to experimental analysis on manufacturing industries clustering of Shandong Province. The result shows origin, development and tendency of industrial cluster of Shandong Province and Shandong Peninsula. It also finds the competitive industries, local professional industry, and synchronization of industrial structure. In the end, the paper gives some suggestions about how to improve the industrial cluster.更多还原
