商用车空气弹簧的结构型式及尺寸对其刚度特性影响的研究

【摘要】 空气弹簧是空气悬架的关键部件之一,空气弹簧在载重货运车辆和高速客车中应用越来越广泛。为了深入研究汽车装用空气弹簧后对整车性能的影响,必须首先了解空气弹簧本身具有的特性,其中刚度特性尤为重要。本课题通过对囊式、膜式不同结构型式及尺寸空气弹簧刚度特性的研究,推导了空气弹簧的刚度特性公式和频率特性公式,阐述了影响空气弹簧刚度特性的主要因素。结合大量的试验工作,对试验数据图表进行分析比较,并对空气弹簧进行有限元仿真模拟进行了初步探索,得出了可以通过合理选择空气弹簧的结构类型、尺寸和气压,以满足商用车刚度和负载能力的要求,膜式和囊式空气弹簧均可用于客车和载重汽车,但膜式空气弹簧以其优良的弹性特性在商用车上具有更广阔的应用前景。本研究为我国今后汽车空气悬架系统的设计选型提供理论依据,并为空气弹簧生产厂家的产品开发打下一定的基础。

【Abstract】 Air spring is one of the key components of air suspension and widly used in the commercial vehicles and high speed passenger vehicles. In order to study the inflence of air springs on the vehicle performances, it is important to analyze the characteristics of air spring, especially the stiffness characteristic.In this paper, the different construction ,dimensions and stiffness characteristics of convoluted and rolling lobe air springs are studied. The formulation of air spring stiffness and frequency characteristics are derivated. The several important factors affecting air spring stiffness characteristics is presented. Based on a large amount of experiment in the field and analysis for the data, it is concluded mat the stiffness and load capacity can meet needs of commercial vehicles by means of selecting appropriate air spring construction, dimensions and air pressure. Convoluted and rolling lobe air spring can be applied into passenger and commercial vehicles. Convoluted air spring is widely used in the commercial vehicles for its excellent characteristics.This project provids the theoretical and implemental basis for the design of automotive air suspension and developing of air srings.
