基于ADAMS的膜式空气弹簧动态特性研究

【摘要】 空气弹簧是空气悬架的关键部件之一,在载重货运车辆和高速客车中的应用越来越广泛。为了优化空气弹簧性能,建立道路友好悬架,必须深入了解空气弹簧的静、动态特性。本课题以贵州前进橡胶有限公司生产的644N商用车自由膜式空气弹簧为基础模型建立膜式空气弹簧的虚拟样机,利用MSC.Marc非线性有限元分析软件对其静态特性进行分析。通过对有限元计算结果与空气弹簧实际工作情况的对比分析,证明了本文所建有限元模型的有效性。利用ADAMS有限元仿真分析软件分别对装有钢板弹簧悬架、Nishimura空气弹簧悬架和Krettek空气弹簧悬架的车辆进行动态特性分析,比较车辆在各种不同悬架下的平顺性,得出最优的空气弹簧模型。本研究为我国今后对空气弹簧进一步通过有限元仿真分析提供了理论依据,并为设计道路友好悬架提供一定的参考依据。

【Abstract】 Air spring is one of the key components of air suspension and widely used in the commercial vehicles and high speed passenger vehicles. In order to optimize the characteristics of air springs and built road -friendly suspension, it is important to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of air spring.In this paper, modeling virtual product of 644N rolling lobe air spring produced by GuiZhou QianJin Rubber CO., LTD. Analyzing the static characteristic of the virtual product with the nonlinear finite element analysis software MSC.Marc. to prove the correction of the virtual product model of the air spring .Using the finite element analysis and simulation software ADAMS analyzes the dynamic characteristic of the vehicle which uses leaf spring suspension、Nishimura-air spring suspension or Krettek-air spring suspension. Contrasting the riding quality of the vehicle which uses different suspension, to get the best model of air spring.This project provides the theoretical and implemental basis for the design of road -friendly suspension and developing of air springs.
