离子束混合处理改善液压泵配流副摩擦学性能的研究

【摘要】 柱塞式液压泵配流副是典型的端面摩擦副,它的摩擦学性能直接影响泵的工作状态和服役寿命。对配流副运动试件实行离子束混合处理,配偶静件(材料为25Cr3MoA)经过常规调质氮化处理。在模拟工况条件下进行摩擦、磨损对比实验。本文从以下几个方面进行了试验和研究:1、对配流副运动试件进行B+B2O3表面蒸镀成膜,然后用N+离子束对膜和基体反冲注入,实行所谓的离子束混合处理。其目的是使膜层的化学成分和组织结构发生改变,进一步改善性能,另一方面起到膜层与基体的缝合作用,使膜层的结合力进一步提高。2、在模拟工况条件下进行了摩擦、磨损对比实验。将经过离子束混合处理的试件和未处理试件进行模拟工况条件下的摩擦、磨损对比实验,测定相应的摩擦系数和磨损率。期望经过离子束混合注入处理的运动试件具有比没经处理的运动试件具有更好的摩擦学性能。3、用俄歇能谱分析法测定混合处理的表面成分,并对其摩擦学性能的提高作理论分析。利用俄歇能谱对经混合处理的试件进行定性分析,来确定固体表面的元素组成。然后根据测得的表面化学成分来分析经混合处理的试件,其摩擦性能改变的机理。

【Abstract】 The oil allocating pair of hydraulic pump of bar piston is the typical end face rubs pair, its tribology performance directly affect the work status and the service life of the hydraulic pump. Ion beam mixing is made to oil allocating pair movement test sample, convention quenching and tempering nitriding is made on spouse static (25Cr3MoA).The tribology and attritional contrast experiment is carried on under the simulation of industry and mining condition. This article has carried on the experiment and the research from the following several aspects:1st, B+B2O3 steam plates the membrane is carried on the surface of the oil allocating pair-movement test sample, then N~+ recoil pours is carried to the membrane and the substrate with the ion beam, thus so-called ion beam mix processing is implemented.Its goal is that the chemical composition and the organization structure of the membrane level will change, it improves the performance further, on the other hand, it will make the membrane level and the substrate sutures together and enhance the binding force of the membrane level.2nd, under the simulation of industry and mining condition, the tribology and the attrition contrast experiment is carried on.The tribology and attritional contrast experiment is carried on under the simulation of that the test sample which is dealt with the ion beam mix processing and the test sample which is not. It expect that the moving part which is dealt with the ion beam mix processing has the better tribology performance than the moving part which is not dealt with the ion beam mix processing.3rd, the superficial ingredient will be determined by the rests of Auger electron characteristic energy content, then the theoretical analysis of the enhancement of its tribology performance will be given.The elemental composition of the surface of the solid will be determined under the qualitative analysis of Auger electron characteristic energy content. Then it can analyze the enhancement of the friction performance of the test sample which is dealt with the mix processing by the surface chemistry ingredient which is obtained.
