双竖腹杆Vierendeel truss RHS TT型节点受力性能分析与研究

【摘要】 方钢管结构外形美观、结构轻巧、用钢量省。方管作为结构构件在压、弯、扭方面具有优越的性能。由方管直接焊接组成的结构节点构造简单,不需要加固件,不仅方便了加工还降低了造价。目前,方钢管结构在我国结构工程领域中的应用范围越来越广泛,直接焊接管结构设计的关键技术问题是节点极限承载力的计算。由于相贯节点受力性能复杂,到目前为止,对方管节点的极限承载力研究资料甚少,有关这方面的研究在我国才刚刚开始,尚没有成熟的可遵循的设计规定,这在一定程度上影响了方管结构的应用。本文运用ANSYS对方管结构的TT型节点进行了数值模拟分析,同时考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性。得到了TT型节点在整个加载过程中各荷载段、各位置的应力与应变大小、节点塑性区开展以及节点极限承载力。针对不同几何参数的TT型方管相贯节点进行了数值模拟分析。分析各几何参数对节点极限承载力的影响,得出节点承载力随各几何参数的变化规律以及节点的破坏形式。分析中考虑了网格尺寸、材料属性、边界条件等因素,使得分析结果有较高的精度。

【Abstract】 Square hollow steel section have the advantages of beauty,lightness and lower usage of steel amount. As structural compents,square hollow steel sections have favourable properties for resisting compression,bending and torsion. The structures made of square hollow steel section by using the directly welded joints without any reinforcement are fabricated easily and economically,so which have gota wild application in China now. The key problem in the designing of this structure is the static behavior of the directly welded joints. Because the stress distribution around the joint is complicated,little information was available. In China,the reaserch about the directly welded joints has been developed for a short time,and mature designing specification can be observed,which leads to restrict its applications to extent.An inelastic nonlinear finite element analysis of uniplanar TT-joint made of square hollow steel section has been completed with the finite element program named ANSYS in this paper. The full loading - displacement path had been traced,and the ultimate strength of the TT-joints has been determined. Based on a series of numerical analysis of unipanar TT-joints of various geometric parameters,the effect of the various geometric on ultimated strength has been investigated. The method of the reinfore joints had been offered. In order to make the analysis results more precise ,a lot of factors including grid dimension ,boundary , condition and material properties were considered in the analysis.
